    How are you finding recovery on these workouts? They seem brutal and taxing. At you still on the 2 on 1 off schedule?

    A friend of mine keeps getting consistently higher readings in the mornings fasted and his latest was 9.1!

    Ridiculously high. He’s previously gone to the doctors who checked him out and said it was fine but keep monitoring it.

    I’ve told him to go back ASAP

    He’s not on any PED’s or HGH

    It’s fantastic for pure strength but found the volume a touch low to grow on personally…Having said this EVERYONE is different so please don’t go purely off of my experience.

    Following Jordans principles yielded a far more positive result for growing muscle due to the slight addition in volume with most of DC Principle still been adhered to really.

    It’s interesting you mention the volume too low to grow. Especially for legs. I have never tried DC training but would like to see something in between JP’s principles and DC style training hybrid.

    I always thought big guys use a lot of gear. But now i see James his cycle and Sasan, i think differently. Yes of course there are abusers outhere.. and its also a dark mystery world.. everybody lie about it

    It depends what you consider high dosages. 2g…3g.?

    It’s by no means the highest amount used but it’s still isn’t going to do health any good in the long run. We’re all in it and know the risks.

    No matter how many health supplements you pump into yourself

    The amount of BS in this industry Is unreal. He’s claiming 500mg Test per week while slamming carbs and staying lean.

    Dante Trudel made a post on insta today about steroid abuse of BB in the 90’s.

    Be interesting to see dosages of top 10 guys now. Genetically gifted or not, they are on big doses. Yes it requires hard work, dedication with it but let’s not kid ourselves.

    When you say CNS stability issues are you referring to the effort of pulling up the dumbells and stabilising them?

    If so, I can see why and that makes perfect sense now you’ve said that.

    Is this something JP has put together for your new plan?

    Love the log and I think it’s admirable how you conduct yourself as a person as well as a coach.

    Yes bud it’s just progression from current set up which is great. I’ve caught some sort of bug so today is first day I haven’t been sick since Monday night. Il be over in Manchester to do reminder of our sessions to get grasp of new set up it is very much DC training plenty of RP and perfect execution.

    Could you post up the new set up for your programme? Be interesting to see. DC requires a lot more recovery so it would be good to see how you set this up.

    May well be the case but he claims to be slamming up to 800g carbs per day with no cardio.

    He’s put on a lot of mass for 500mg Test and relatively lean .
