As Christopher said there are many threads on the forum, if you search for it.
Opinions do vary on it. I personally took it before bed and helped with sleep. Hunger was insane on it. To the point of being uncontrollable and I’m very disciplined with diet.
What really put me off was the debilitating tiredness during the day and this was with a small dose of 10mg every evening.H.

It’s the astragalus root extract that counts. Nothing else
Does the blood pressure and kidney stack have 8g of astragalus Root extract?H.

I have a big protein / carb meal 1hour pre training. And a big protein / carb meal post training. For me no need for intra carbs during training.
This is how I like it. I much prefer calories from food on a cut as it’s more satiating.

I don’t train to compete therefore my motivation does not come from stepping on stage to look better than my competition.
I do it because I want to look better, get stronger and progress.
That’s enough to motivate me. I love it so the motivation so to speak, comes naturally. No need for the get up

Hi Jordan,
Are you pleased with how the waist is looking?
I know it’s been a big part of your plans on getting this right this time around.

If you ask questions like this then you have no business in taking any kind of AAS.

Cutting out stimulants firstly will help. If you drink coffees, teas or preworkouts.
For supplementation
L Theanine
ZMA
5HTP
GABAThis is my sleep stack. Works a treat

The only side effects would be ruining your guts. By that I mean bloating, gas and being extremely uncomfortable.
Due to the indigestible fibre.

I personally would not, as you do not know the laws of the country you are entering.

I like to make a paste with whey flavour of choice. Almond milk (very little) and Truvia. The paste must be thick and not too runny
I then get a pack of caramel rice cakes and slowly smother the paste onto the rice cakes. One by one. Devouring them slowly and elegantly.
