4 iu should not cause any numbness
Review your electrolytes & diet
Potentially could be a high amount of impurity causing it
Yeah i would think not? But my hands are literally so burning and full of water that i literally cant even close my fist

Salt is way too high especially if you add seasonings & seauces
Add magnesium 600-1000 mg ( elemental ) spread across day with meals
Switch salt to low salt ( half sodium half potassium and do 2 g with meals – reducing salt increasing potassium and adding magnesium will help with electrolyte balance)
Increase water to 5 L
Add 5-10 min walks after meals
Thank you so much for detailed and concrete answer!!

Sounds like you are having too much salt or gained too much bodyweight
Show me your diet
How much salt are you adding ? Reduce it and increase potassium if it’s high
Water intake also bud ?
Meal 1 and 2: 200g 95% ground beef, 120g rice, 2 whole eggs, 1 banana, added 2g salt each meal
Meal 3 and 4: 300g chicken breast, 250g potatos, 250 veggies, 2g salt added each meal
Water intake about 4l a day

Dropping weight is the main and obvious answer here, get leaner and then work back up.
Outside of this add in TBJP love heart on top of what you are taking now.
Have you tested your bloods? You may need to let blood? Are you assisted or natural ?
Yes bloods are good. Im not natural. Doing 600 test, 700 mast, 600 deca, 6iu gh right now

I already do 15k steps each day and hard cardio 3 times a week
-
That would highly depend on your starting weight, how much bodyfat you have to lose, the time frame you have to lose the weight, and whether you’re assisted or not.
We need some more info.
2g anabolics total, 6iu gh. I weigh 121kg at 183cm. Hard to say what my bf is at, but i think i need to lose about 15kg to get really shredded, goal is to do it in 12 weeks.
