hi mate, after a long diet would you reverse diet back to ur surplus calories slowly or to straight into surplus? i mean why use food straight away if u can apply progressive overload in deficit or maintance calories? thanks:)

Hey bud. I’d go back to maintenance initially and then slowly increase calories week to week. But this depends if your natural or assisted. And whether you need a break from gear or not. Quite a lot of factors come into play when deciding what to do post show with food. But always take your time with increasing to minimise fat gain and remain sensitive

I think it would be 4 different sessions in total. The 4 sessions would still be alternative exercises of the following:
    1. Hack Squat
    2. RDL
    3. Seated Calf Raise
    4. Pulldown
    5. Incline Press
    6. Dips
    7. Bicep Curl
So you would have 2 sessions starting with lower body first and 2 sessions starting with upper body first, 4 in total. All 4 sessions would be alternative exercises of the above 7 mentioned exercises.
However, I have a question, since Jordan mentioned training every other day, that would equal to 4 sessions per week. Is it adequate, say in a comp prep scenario?
    Thanks for the input guys.

he said its ok for a deficit but i cant see myself rdling even twice per week let alone 4 in a deficit

Hey jordan, i know you were doing strength training from your teenage years. I just saw a video from a doc saying that spinal loading exercise like dls, squats can stunt a teenagers height growth. Do you think you could get taller if you avoided these exercises or its truly genetic. (sorry if its off topicish) Thanks!
