Ok 2 weeks out of the shoot and coming in just fine.
Touch more to pull off so here is the update
DIET:
HIGH DAY x 1 – 3965kcals
MED DAY x 2 – 2850 kcals
LOW DAY x 4 – 2120 kcals
This should see me ready a week prior leaving us to manipulate food etc to come in fkn full and dry as hell for the shoot following Saturday 15th.
CARDIO will remain:
45mins Spin Bike fasted daily
13K steps a day
PED’s:
Pulling out Yohimbine and GH.
Adding in Stanazol and Superdrol so total is:
250mg Test E
400mg Mast E
280-420mg Stan
10-20mg Superdrol
100mcg Clen
Lots of Caffeine
50mg Ephadrine
40mg Telmisartan
Cialis
Ketotifen
1000mg Metformin
Standard Health stuff on top.

Just under 3 weeks out we made the following adjustments for this coming week at least:
1. Weekend feed up reduced to 4065 kcals only Saturday only (for the last several weeks we had then over both Sat and Sun and usually much higher than this).
The LOW and MED days stayed the same as last week but the total k cals over the 7 days would be reduced a good wack, given I would be going back to digging come Monday with less glycogen stores than weekend prior which obviously put me in the hole sooner.
2. Gear heavily reduced to:
250mg Test E
400mg Mast E
30mg Anavar PRE WO
3-4 iu GH 5 days a week
So, Test reduced, Tren is out(happy about this tbh), T-Bol pulled.
Fat burners are all in – Ephedrine, Caffeine, Yohimbine, T3/4, Clen etc as normal
Given, I am aiming for a “Photo Shoot” instead of a show – we didn’t see the need to run anything aggressive which I agreed with and the results are coming in well enough anyway. The work with get me where I need to be for this current goal.
3. Cardio remains 45mins faster formal cardio on the spin bike and 13K steps on top daily.
VERY eager to bring it in now and get as close to contest condition as I can for this shoot…with the above in place instead.

3 WEEKS OUT – PHOTO SHOOT GIVEN COMPS CANCELLED
So this past week we cycled the same kcals for a fresher look which worked perfectly. This is fantastic data to use to assess how I respond toward the latter stages of a prep. Instead of continuously pushing hard until the end, leaving me looking fkn drain and tired come show day – implementing a cyclic approach seems to see my body respond much better.
Some minor food adjustments should see me peak nicely…given it’s a shoot nothing TOO drastic but we will fill out pretty hard to get a killer look for the shots.

Was meant to be 7 weeks out here flat as hell but getting dug out.
Currently hoping to hit the stage in 9 weeks time instead which is fine – I just hope it goes ahead.
At this point, we have begun cycling calories with zero reduction in the weekly total…in an attempt to keep Leptin higher…beyond this, we will most likely start to reverse calories to get me leaner based on how my body is responding. The last phase we reversed, I simply got leaner with the added calories which was great data to draw upon.
New diet looks like this:
HIGH – OFF
MED-PULL
LOW-PUSH
LOW-LEGS
MED-OFF
LOW-UPPER
LOW-LOWER

SO, all the IFBB shows have been cancelled here in Australia for season B due to Covid/lockdown and uncertainly of opening up in time.
Bloody annoying, give this has been my best prep to date and easily the best condition I have ever achieved so far.
PLAN B:
IF a PCA show runs, which has yet to be cancelled for 31st October…I will enter this.
PLAN C:
Book a photo shoot to at least see what I look like close to stage condition in 4 weeks time.
So I am still dieting down to get the fat off for now…game on. I do this for the love of bodybuilding and not for a competition thankfully, so I am not entirely bummed out – I am super keen to grow and fill my frame out at 6.1ft.

8 WEEKS OUT!
Moving along nicely but we have made some changes that will lead to a promising result:
Adding in Tren E, Anavar , T-Bol, T3
Swapping out the NPP, Primo and Anadrol
Current Cycle:
250mg Test E
200mg Tren E
300mg Mast E
50mg Anavar
50mg T-bol
80mg Clen
25mg T3
100mg T4
4iu GH 5 days a week
Steps up a touch to 13K
Weekend feed ups increased this Saturday to 4700 and Sunday 4200 kcals.

Here we are at 9 & 12 weeks out.
93.7kg
At my most depleted/flattest look of the week Saturday morning – we will re feed over the weekend to fill out a tad before digging in again come Monday.
Diet has been tweaked from approx 2800kcals to 2400kcals after yesterdays check in.
Clen will go up to 60mcg
Formal Cardio will go up to 45mins daily
Aiming to be ready early and digging fkn hard sooner rather than later…

OK, new diet received for the final dig leading into the shows 10 and 13 weeks out. Fingers crossed show’s go ahead given there are constant random “Snap Lockdowns” which are 1-2 weeks at a time here in Melbourne. VERY annoying but I am confident that by that time most are vaccinated and the government will be a bit less likely to lock down when any cases pop up.

Ok, new diet at 11 weeks out, this will be the final week of pushing food up/reversing and accruing a little new tissue and a good amount of thyroid function/metabolic rate.
This is followed Monday-Friday even if it is a Rest day…

Weekends I feed up and these calories are determined on Friday’s upon pics and skin folds taken.
This entire reverse phase, my skin folds (across 9 sites) have gone down so things have moved very well.
I could not be in a better place to begin the fat loss phase at the 10 week out mark – we WILL be ready early and don’t anticipate having to do anything outrageous to achieve skinless condition, given my current state.
Check in end of the week.

What’s your thoughts on the qualifiers going ahead. I’m an Aussie to prepping for season B but it’s just in the back of my mind that it might be cancelled.What are your thoughts ?
Thanks man. I’m quietly confident it will be okay…over the next 11 odd weeks more vaccines will go out and with the nice weather, much less sickness/illness usually, so less testing will be carried out.
I say keep pushing!

Ok – 11 weeks out tomorrow!
Weight is up by 4kg (91-95kg) this reverse phase, fuller and just about the same condition, holding some water but skin folds have held fine. 1 more week of pushing upward to get kcals up some more possibly AND then we get to digging hard to get fkn peeled aiming to be ready 2 weeks out so we can test/assess some peaking strategies.

Ok time is moving quick and everything is moving damn well / better than planned.
Whilst reversing the last few weeks I have dropped skin folds this past week – metabolism firing hard and appetite super high.
Currently 12 weeks out at 94kg. 39mm across 9 sites.
We will push food up for another 2 more weeks then start the dig at the 10 week out mark for a solid 8 weeks aiming to be skinless 2 weeks out and able to test some filling out strategies.
Currently doing:
30mins daily cardio fasted
12K steps
No fat burners
Approximately 3000 kcals daily
Saturday 4710 kcals
Sunday 4010 kcals
Stupidly excited for this prep.
