Week 1 Update
This week has honestly been spot on. I’ve managed to get 1 hour 30 minutes of cardio done across 3 sessions, so I’m happy with that. The aim is just to keep ticking the boxes every single day rather than chasing perfection.
The scales were also kind to me this morning. I’m currently sitting at 94.7kg, which is a nice drop from where I started.
The biggest positive though has been how I’ve felt mentally. I’ve had zero cravings and absolutely no urge to cheat on my diet. Usually this is where I’d start making excuses or convincing myself that “one meal won’t hurt”, but this time my head is in a completely different place. I’m actually enjoying the process again.
Training has been feeling really good too. Current split is:
Chest, Shoulders and Biceps
Legs (Anterior)
Back and Triceps
Legs (Posterior)
Upper (Delt Focus)
The goal is simple. Keep showing up, keep executing, and let time do its thing.
On to another good week. 👊

Welcome mate. The good thing is you’ve already proved to yourself you can lose the weight—you don’t need to reinvent the wheel, just stay consistent. Try not to think about getting back to 70 kg overnight. Focus on hitting your training, your nutrition and your steps every day, and let the results take care of themselves. One bad bulk doesn’t define you, but what you do from here will. Looking forward to following your log. 💪
