Anxiety is a huge thing with regard to performance mate, try and get out of your head if possible. The others can give you more advice on the hormone side but at that dosage id doubt its E2 issues?

I make sure i cycle to work on an empty stomach but that probably doesnt count! I plan to do cardio on my off days and as i get closer if needed, after training as well

mate don’t want to be harsh but if you can’t talk to ya mrs then its time to get shot of er..your partner should be the 1 person who you can talk too with out a doubt…I suffer with depression and anxiety the whole 9 yards due to a serious rta a few years back..lost my job( won’t work again) had to learn to walk again and ave been left with life long problems…cbd I think is not all its cracked up to be especially when it comes to mental health (I did try it)…the good thing is you know there is a problem and are willing to talk about it…if you really don’t ave anyone to talk too then I would seek professional help….but talkin to someone close really does help…I also take medication which I found helped after refusing it for a few years…
