Even experienced lifters will have a phase of neurological adjustment to a new lift . I did stiff legs last session after a period off them , i could only do 6 plates , I will fairly quickly get back to 7 and half , that’s all neurological and then after that period everyone creeps forward at the same ish rates . Beginners should be able to jump more but it’s not always the case , depends if they are shit when it comes to actually pushing hard or not
250 stage weight for 6 4 at the lowest
Assuming I’m natural my first time on stage would you still say 250lbs? The ffmi is not in the natural range, so I’m just wondering what you would think for a 6’4 lifter naturally on stage?
