Hi Hilly. Around 15% and my weight is 86kg . But as I said always have this issue with it ..trying to fix that for a long time . I will incrase me heart care dose .

Hi Freddie as far as I know ru58841 it mihht help and I have had friends using it and they say its works. Do your reasearch and try it . I hope it helps
