Hello mate no problem with butter imo, just choose a high quality butter with the best micronutrients possible.

    10gr will not kill anything.

Later on your tidy up if you wanna push more, MAYBE you will need to switch for something else, but that moment hasn’t arrived yet

Nice one Allison, yeah that is my plan Iโ€™m guna try dig deep so at some point it will be binned of when things stall
    Thanks for feedback

I agree with Andy, I’m not sure what meal(s) you would want add butter but I’d lean towards oils like macadamia oil, olive oil or add avocado if wanted to get some nice tasting healthy fats

Mainly with my eggs in the morning tbh
I know Iโ€™ll be getting fats from the yolks anyway but the amount Iโ€™ve been hammering the eggs on this diet that little bit of butter mixed in is a god send ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

No problem at all. Opt for a quality, grass-fed butter.

    Thanks for input ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

Hiya Warren, I have 10g of butter every single day in the morning on my toast. If you have a varied diet with healthy fat sources (I also supplement with Omega pharma pro) totally fine! When push comes to shove in a diet phase things like that may have to go but imo not a terrible choice within moderation ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

Thank you, Iโ€™m just about to finish week 7 and things are moving nicely I will take your advice if things start to stall later on down the line Iโ€™ll pull it out
    Thanks

See a physio re: the pain. A good one is worth the overtime at work ๐Ÿ˜†

Re pressing: when you say โ€œused toโ€ how long ago was this? Was it when you were younger or was it last year etc?

Yeah Iโ€™m guna make it a priority to start seeing someone
No I suffered with this injury years ago and actually didnโ€™t train for ages due to it
Then I started working with someone who helped me out and we got it under control
Itโ€™s only started flaring up again in the last few months
Iโ€™ve changed my routine to allow more time for recovery which hopefully will help and guna start prioritising getting some work done
    Thanks

    Hi mate

Sounds like it might be your AC joint? Quite common to get some arthritis there, not that I’m diagnosing, just what immediately jumps to mind

If you can, I’d get a decent sports physician to take a look at you

Once you have a diagnosis, you can start working towards a fix.

    Thanks rich
Yeah guna try and see someone in the next few weeks
    Thanks

Hiya Warren, just going to ping back some questions about this that would help us know more about this.

Have you had any bodywork done recently/semi recently?

Have you had a deload at all recently?

    Are you currently dieting?

How long have you noticed that push movements have been declining?

    Hi Maddy
No I havenโ€™t had any bodywork done for a while, I know itโ€™s important but funds are what they are
Yes I took a whole week off for like the first time ever a couple weeks ago, was mental torture
And no Iโ€™m not currently diet food is relatively high
I feel more itโ€™s my body having wear and tear that is making me weaker as constantly having niggling pains, push/chest has become my least favourite session as i feel Iโ€™m not working the muscle that great and joints just taking a battering

Heavy rows. Barbell bent over rows, TBar, SA DB rows all the good stuff that is hard to do.

Any decent machines or cables you can load effectively.

The vast majority of my back work now is cable based (Pulldowns and seated rows) as I’m doing a lot of deadlifts but when the deadlift volume is lower I like single arm dumbbell and bent over rows.

    Thanks mateโ€ฆ. Appreciated
