Can’t see the picture bud but no never ordered from a site ever

I tried Alchemia as was recommended on here.
I know sounds stupid but I don’t like the vials they come in ended up throwing away basically a full vial coz the aluminium bit that holds the stopper in broke away and the rubber stopper was loose.
Probably would of been fine but didn’t want to risk pinning it if was open to the air

Great news I’m glad it was just a cyst. We all genetically have areas that hold move fat than other areas. I always think to myself you’re only as lean as your fattest body part so when I’m in a bull I watch the known areas that hold more fat and just make sure they don’t go too far.

Yeah I’m going to avoid the crazy bulks from now on, just end up having to pull more off when I diet down anyway

Just had my ultrasound turns out was a epidermal cyst not a lipoma or anything nasty to worry about which is a relief
So turns out I wasn’t too fat to begin with bring on the bulk 😂😂😂😂

I’ve never ordered from there, sorry to read that bud. I’d follow up with Royal Mail and open a dispute

I don’t think will help Marc genuinely think they just mugged me off I got the test and mast ok even though different lab than what I requested but not too fussed about that
Just arimidex and some diazepam didn’t come, I genuinely think they just fucked up the order and no second package was ever sent but there reluctant to help

Just the principal more than anything if I pay for something I expect to receive it.
Wouldn’t use again as there service is shocking basically called me a drug addict to top it off 😂😂😂
They banned me now anyway for enquiring where my order is.

I ordered my first time yesterday cuz someone from here referred me to him through WhatsApp number, his replies are very slow on WhatsApp. Not sure if I got scammed or something, a bit worried currently

Probably the same person who I got there number from as he is on here.
To put your mind at ease I did get the test and mast I ordered just arimidex and summin else didn’t turn up
Said was sent separate but tbh I think talking bollox and ended up having bassically a row with the person on the wats app
I’ve used them many times before but my mate used to order for me and never had a issue this is the first time
They are always slow on wats app so I wouldn’t worry about that to much just yet
Usually when he tells you it’s sent you get next day delivery
I wouldn’t be using them again though myself just from this shitty experience and they actually banned me now anyway 😂😂😂😂

Was more out of interest as lambo always pushing them
I personally stick to the usual labs Rhom and recently had some crown labs which seems to be good
Yet to use Alchemia but they seem good people, always keeping me updated to when primo and mast is landing which given the current state of things is a nice touch
So will defo be using soon.
Only place I’ve seen you can get a big old 50ml bottle 😂😂 gota love that

Hello mate no problem with butter imo, just choose a high quality butter with the best micronutrients possible.

10gr will not kill anything.

Later on your tidy up if you wanna push more, MAYBE you will need to switch for something else, but that moment hasn’t arrived yet

I agree with Andy, I’m not sure what meal(s) you would want add butter but I’d lean towards oils like macadamia oil, olive oil or add avocado if wanted to get some nice tasting healthy fats

Mainly with my eggs in the morning tbh
I know I’ll be getting fats from the yolks anyway but the amount I’ve been hammering the eggs on this diet that little bit of butter mixed in is a god send 😂😂😂

Hiya Warren, I have 10g of butter every single day in the morning on my toast. If you have a varied diet with healthy fat sources (I also supplement with Omega pharma pro) totally fine! When push comes to shove in a diet phase things like that may have to go but imo not a terrible choice within moderation 👍🏼
