50-60g fat / 400-700g carbs depending on the dayMeal one: chicken, egg, jasmine rice, bread
Meal two: 99% lean turkey, jasmine rice, almond butter, banana, rice cakes
Intra: TBJP sustain
Meal three: cream of rice, TBJP iso pro
Meal four: bison or lean beef, jasmine rice
Meal five: chicken, jasmine rice, olive oil
Meal six: chicken, whole egg, bread
