Find the most level place you can that the scale can be kept at and leave it there. If it’s still not giving you consistent readings how about a new scale?

Quads today!
So I’ve been running the hack squat, but today opted to try the smith again with the top squat attachment, my knee has been doing better so I was able to get my feet under me a lot more and more knee flexion. Weight and reps certainly aren’t my best ever, but I do believe it’s the best the reps have looked.

20g of eaa powder does not equal 20g protein.
I personally do not worry about the macro of eaa. I use the same amount every single day consistently.
As long as you’re not drinking it all day long and just use it consistently for training then I wouldn’t worry about it tbhTBJP Nutrition: Michaela10

I like single leg curls on the cable machine. Just set the cable low, attach a cuff to your ankle, and stand on something to elevate yourself with the non working leg. I get a great contraction with these
Or you can just do lying leg curl single leg

Once you’re in the routine of it you’ll be fine! Just treat it the exact same as you would training later in the day and don’t have in your mind that your performance will be any less!

Do you take anything for digestion? Glutamine, greens powder, apple cider vinegar, aloe Vera, digestive enzymes, probiotics, etc?
Do you drink coffee in the morning only?
