Start with getting the most out of the least, meaning know how to truly maximize 1-2 work sets per movement to muscular failure, then if recovery is good and training is consistently progressing try adding another work set. It’s just based on the individual, what body parts require more attention, which ones need more recovery, and most importantly what you can continue to progress

Whatever you want that digests well for you and fits within your macro needs
Beef and rice, cream of rice with whey and almond butter, another chicken and rice with a fat source meal

You can keep rolling man! Stay consistent and gradual, base everything on how training is feeling and progressing

Whichever you can do most consistently. For me I cook everything consistently every time I make it, and I weigh everything cooked measure per meal because I prep all food ahead of time.

All that matters is progression no matter what split you’re running. So just set it up however works best with your schedule and sees you upholding training performance and continuing to progress. Only you can know that by applying it

If I am failing at the top end of a rep range, the next week I add weight. If I am failing at the bottom end of rep range then I ride that weight until I progress to failing at the top end of the rep range

If body comp is in a good spot then yes just go ahead and give yourself an increase. If body comp is soft then I’d just continue progressing as is

If you’re progressing in your fat loss then yes they’re legitimate, if your deficit is showing it needs to be pushed harder then you need direct cardio
Only you can know by applying the deficit and seeing response

Buddy just find the exercises you like best and run them for as long as you’re progressing them!

Yes, it is still progression, and progression is always worth it. Once you progress all the way to not needing support, then start adding resistance via small weight progressions

Not in my opinion. As long as you’re digesting it fine. I would just ensure it is wild caught. Maybe keep an eye on mercury levels

When I used metformin I did it that same way with splitting. I know some prefer pre bed
In my opinion the better one is just preference for what you see works best for you

Try both and see. Get stronger at a set volume, if recovery is going well, add more volume, get stronger at that new volume

Abs aren’t going to progress at the rat of other body parts. I’d say as long as you’re not regressing then you are fine. Also consider that your body weight is changing so that in itself is added weight
