This may not be the ideal or what most recommend, but In the off season for me personally I do not eat veggies, I have some fruit, and then two servings of TBJP greens, if I need to increase fiber more I use a fiber supplement, but personally my digestion is best without added fiber

What does, “and the rest fat” mean?
We can’t know if the carbs are too low if we do not know any back story to your plan.
A good general rate of loss is 1-2 lbs per week

Exactly as Clare has said. I try to keep it at the upper end for as long as possible and if they absolutely need to push the deficit even more and I need to pull from there I won’t go any lower than 1-1.25 per lb

Usually the times that I would maintain the weight in my second set is if in my first I hit the higher end of my desired rep range or surpassed it. If I hit the lower end on the first set then I would reduce the weight for my second setTBJP Nutrition: Michaela10
