Getting overly hyped up just expends more energy. I’ve never been one to do that. I can walk into a set calm cool and collected and internally lock in and get after it.

Just try it and see how you get on with it digestion wise and progress wise. If digestion and progress are both good with it, keep it going, if they’re not then you change something and see if they improve, repeat process

I have always just checked daily upon waking. But for week to week basis I just compare for example if my check in day is Monday I compare to last Mondays weight. You can do that if all variables are consistent

Add a hinge and or hip thrust

For this I would add a hinge like rdl after the hack squat on the first session you have listen
And then add a hip thrust after pendulum squat on the second session you listed

Yeah I know the feeling. I just dealt with it and did them anyways lol

Are there ways to restructure the session, like if she is doing them first in the session move them to the end. Increase rep range.

But also, if she is stronger in her work sets then she should be stronger in her warm ups so therefore the warm up volume doesn’t increase much from what she was doing when she enjoyed them they’re just heavier now

Need depends on your volume needs based on your physique development and recovery.
For me personally if I only need the training volume of one press then I am choosing incline. If I need more volume and can allot it over more movements then I’d do both

I think that’s mostly gauged by training performance, if you cross the line that it negatively impacts that then it is too much, and/or if you’re seeing a negative return in your physique like legs wasting away for example.
But if you have plenty of food to pull from then next adjustment just pull from there or a small calorie decrease and small cardio increase
It takes what it takes and everyone is different, you just make minor adjustments over time and keep resourcing your options as needed based on progress

    Photos would be helpful.
But I’d say you’re good to increase, doesn’t have to be a lot, just add ~250 cals to both TD and NTD
