Is your execution nailed to where that’s not what is causing the issue?

Yes.
But it only matters what you should do. Are you so developed that you don’t need more volume, and so in tune with your sets that you are 100% maximizing that one set?TBJP Nutrition: Michaela10

You have a base! All you can do is start it and see how progress goes. Take starting photos and do check in’s with yourself to assess progress by visuals, weight, training performance, recovery, digestion, sleep, adherence, etc and make changes as needed according to those
Form some consistency the next couple weeks then report here with feedback and photos to compare and we can help adjust accordingly

Just try it man! Some people need more sleep than others, some can still thrive on lower amounts. So try the split you think you’d enjoy, if you notice a negative impact then try another way. It’s all trial and error figuring it out, only you can know how you feel we can’t know that part for you

If strength loss is truly physical and not mental, then just lower volume or load and focus on quality and set a new baseline. Just don’t compromise qualityTBJP Nutrition: Michaela10

Just be consistent every day then there will be no confusion of variables

If you feel so battered that you would have a better session if you took a day off then take the day off. I’d rather take a day off to have a quality progressive session, than go in completely not recovered and physically not be able to progress my lifts.
If it’s just mental fatigue and you can still progress physically, then toughen up lolTBJP Nutrition: Michaela10

I personally prefer to separate them. “Best” depends on you, your recovery, and the layout of your other body parts

Nothing is needed. It’s a matter of what works for you. If depth is the problem then why not work on fixing that so you can make hacks work for you instead of avoiding something that is fixable?

It’s hard for us to say specifically man because we don’t know anything about you and your progress and visuals. Which to answer your question all that is needed.
Just go by the look and what you think you need, once you’re to the level of leanness you want, no need to quadruple your carbs, just start small one day and if you see a positive response you can build from thereTBJP Nutrition: Michaela10
