Just eat a carb and protein meal instead. If you can’t do that then do the whey and then an hour or so later do the meal

Whatever your physique indicates it needs via your current composition and your goal, the same way you’d dictate what it should be like if assisted

Depends what your starting point looks like in terms of body composition, what your timeline is, where current intake and output is, etc

How long have you been in a deficit? Have you had any types of refeeds during this time?
You could do a diet break of lower expenditure and higher intake for a couple weeks then go right back into pushing down

I like eccentric under control. That tempo can be different person to person. I’ve never used a count. Whatever speed I feel the best control and tension in the muscle with is what I use. All by feel.

If your goal is to get on stage, no. If your goal is just life style fitness and health then yes

It’s just whatever works best for you. Try it and see. Do protein and fats around your work block and protein carbs around training and bedtime. If cognition gets better, training performance stays good and you’re making progress then you are good to go!

As lean as you can get before it starts to cause a negative impact on your progress, training, and life

It’s something that’s good to play with to see what fits your biomechanics best

Is training legs worth it? lol of course training anything is worth it. Treat it with the significance you would any other muscle group. It just requires less volume. The exercise selection can be based on what you need for your structure. If you have shallow abs and small waist you can afford to train heavier. If you have blockier waist and good ab structure you can afford to do more bodyweight type movements for refinement
