It’s just going to take time. Your fat intake is fine from this standpoint. Just continue to increase cals as needed and let things regulate in time

Should you? I don’t know. Do you want to? If the answer is yes, go for it. Just try it and see how you feel and how training goes if it impacts it negatively or positively

Exactly as Kuba has said here. Effort and consistency no matter which plan you choose. Whichever one you can give the utmost effort to, stick to consistently, and progress week to week whilst recovering well will bring you progress

I’d keep pushing the fat loss, hit a point to where you’re not questioning if you’re lean enough, then work your way back up

For me personally I’d like to add to my first meal, and then from there next increase would be pre/post, then next time another meal, etc

Just pick one stick with it a while until you’re either not progressing or just want to switch again, then rinse and repeat

The best set and volume is the one that works for you. Don’t worry about what you’re told is best for others. Do the volume you enjoy and can recover from and see progress from. If you’re not recovering and progressing, then lower it until you find the sweet spot for your recovery

More volume. It’s not necessarily about one having to be heavier and one lighter. If I do my top set at 300 lbs for 7 reps to failure, im obviously not going to be able to replicate that so i am going to decrease load to fail according to my rep range I am seeking for my second set for example 250 lbs for another 7-8 reps, or if I want to do a higher reps go 200 12-15 reps (just example)

What’s the split you have been following and what is wrong with continuing to follow it?
