The only suggestion is more time and harder deficit. But I do agree with JP here you can start to build back up very slowly and then next time be in a better position to come down again

Of course it’s fine. The only time it isn’t fine is if it’s negatively impacting digestion and or progress

Yes I do it every day
You reheat egg whites and eggs everyday over jasmine rice? Is it a good meal to have and taste good? [/quote]

Being your going on holiday I would just hold steady and then assess once you are back and adjust accordingly from there

If you are doing zero cardio and would like to implement it first without much diet change then sure go ahead. You just have to make a change toward the deficit either via intake or output or a mix of both, see the response it elicits toward your goal and continue on from there and or make adjustments accordingly

If what you were doing before worked so well then just keep doing that with adding in a little more emphasis on the lagging parts even if you have to swap the volume out from a more developed body part

Any row honestly. If you’re small don’t worry about biasing, if you’re advanced and lagging in areas then bias

100% echo what JP has said here and it’s my immediate thought reading the title without reading all the context yet

If you’re not pulling them in and out it’s a non factor. So If you stay consistent they’re just a mainstay in the diet

Keep it consistent. Green veggie at a set amount per meal as a mainstay

Try differnt things and see. Try coconut water, if that feels good keep doing it. Try TBJP sustain – it does have flavoring but it is the one intra product I have never had issues with.

Just get after it and train hard in enough of a surplus to grow without over doing it and putting on excessive fat quick. If you see yourself just getting fatter and not progressing in training then pull back
