My response is the same as Rich here, with the addition of making sure form/execution is spot on as that’s another way to continue progressing as well

Great job following the videos and laying it out. I say go for it and see how you do and form some feedback with recovery etc then report back here and we can help with any adjustments needed based off that!

It’s not how I’d personally like to set up a split. But if you try it, like it, progress and recover from it, then go for it! That’s all any of us can do

Either way Is totally fine. Just preference there really. I personally like meals 3 hours apart for ease of digestion

Totally fine. If you start to notice any issues with digestion just try alternating some turkey and or white fish in
I personally had to switch to turkey

Just treat it as a normal day and see what kind of response you get with your body, keep the following day normal as well and see what you regulate back to. If at that point you feel a big hit then take a day to refuel and potentially rest as well

Drink water and stay consistent and strict on diet and give things time to regulate, don’t introduce new foods or condiments etc yet

If youre still making progress then no need for change

No changes within the past few weeks with variables? Diet, supplements, condiments, sodium, etc?
Doubt it would be the vitamin but just try removing it and see
Are you experiencing pain and discomfort other times of the day?
How much fiber are you eating?

You can go in and warm up and see how you feel, if its debilitating soreness then postpone, if it’s moveable soreness go for it and you’ll start to adapt with consistency back to training. If you continue to have that level of soreness then I’d look to adjust volume

Try it and see. If you can continue to progress both then keep it, if you can’t then scrap it

Yes. Go into every session with the same intent – standardize execution (form/tempo/intensity), stay consistent with exercise order/volume/proximity to failure, treat progression within those same parameters as a non negotiable
Some strength regressions is inevitable as leverages change, but don’t expect it and don’t let the loss be mental, go in treating every session the same with the expectation and demand to progress (without changing form)
