Check your form. Stretch calves and ankle mobility exercises before training

There is no photo. But best way to improve on a pose is video yourself performing it, watch the video, tweak the pose and repeat until it looks the way you want

Are you tracking your progress via photos like weekly check ins?
If you’re losing weight you’re not getting fatter unless youre just not training weights at all.
So check your training volume and make sure it’s not too high that you can’t keep up caloricly, and if that is set then just increase food. Potentially increasing protein as well

I treat it as part of my day based on my schedule no matter how the mind feels. The thing is, I treat every single training session the same – my intensity, effort, progression goals are all consistent no matter how my mind feels that day. So therefore – it doesn’t matter.
But if you’re going in and half assing effort on the days that you don’t mentally feel in it, then that is a problem

If you train in a private gym, train. If you’re in contest prep within 8 weeks out, train.
If you train in a public gym, don’t be the douche that gets other people sick lol

If you’ve continued pushing the deficit and your progress is regressing. Training, sleep, well being are all suffering.
There’s a difference between just feeling the deficit, and actually needing to pull back because you are not making progress. So that part is the main sign

You don’t “have” to. The reason I fo it is I expend a LOT of calories in training, so I therefore need a higher intake those days. It doesn’t need to be drastically reduced on a rest day, if you’re in a surplus it will still be the amount needed to recover, just subtract the average calories burned on a training day

That’s a lot of fat for me, but may not be for you. It just depends on your current body composition, your goal, your rate of progress toward that goal, digestion, training performance and recovery, etc

Don’t complicate it, if you can make some time to walk 5-10 min after or between meals to see if it aids in digestion, then great. Just find what you can be consistent with and works for you

    You’ve added muscle buddy.
I wouldn’t consider it bulk and cut, you’re young I would just keep riding the wave of what you enjoy most and making progress!

You seem very detail oriented. Is it possible you’re over thinking some things?

If progress isn’t happening and you’ve continued to increase the deficit, then you may need to rest and refeed for a day or two

If progress isn’t happening and you haven’t increased the deficit, then I would do so

Or if progress IS happening and you’re just overlooking it, then continue on working

Of course it’s possible. Go for it and see how you like it, how progress is, how recovery is etc
