If it’s working keep cranking on!
If you need to change the DB press you could go with a plate loaded machine instead of barbellTBJP Nutrition: Michaela10

Yeah I agree with JP here honestly. It sounds like u/l is still the best fit for your schedule.
But if you want to do it man then just trial and error try it and see what fits your schedule and progress best. The best split is the one that sees you doing thatTBJP Nutrition: Michaela10

Do you have blood glucose elevation issues or uptake issues?
If you don’t then really no need. But if you’re consuming big carb meals then no harm in trying it and seeing how you feelTBJP Nutrition: Michaela10

Not something to overthink for you bud. Just be consistent. For example if you have a salt shaker do 5-6 shakes or cranks per meal. Or if you want to be super precise then get a powder scale and do 1.5g per meal or weigh daily amount out in the morning all together and disperse at each meal

I do personally think it matters. But not to the extreme that some take it at the expense of having to use baby weights.
Ultimately, nail down the execution and connection, and progress your weight and reps from there. It doesn’t have to be two separate things connection vs strength. Both can coexistTBJP Nutrition: Michaela10

The workout looks fine. The question is, how are you executing the movements, are you training to failure with the right execution, are you recovering, are you fueling your body for growth, etc etc

Give it a run consistently and form some feedback for yourself and report it back here and then we can help you make any adjustments needed based off of that

Looks like you’re good to get into a surplus, just go gradual and track visuals via actual full physique progress photos weekly, weight, gym performance and recovery
Don’t worry about weak points, just consider everything a weak point and train like it and growTBJP Nutrition: Michaela10

The same way you approached a deficit but the opposite. So you increase daily calories by say 300, if you were doing cardio look to decrease that a bit, and then watch your visual progress, gauge training performance and recovery, and make diet increases when needed based off that. Keep track of visuals via check in photos with yourself weekly – bi weekly

I wouldn’t think too much into it for a one time thing. I would be consistent week to week with my movement choices and program layout, bring the same exact effort to every session, and then based on everything being consistent seeing if your progressions are progressing, regressing, or linear

Sounds like a good time to try it!
Give yourself 1.5-2x the carbs you’re currently eating of the same sources, and see how you respond via body weight, visuals, and trainingTBJP Nutrition: Michaela10

Why not just split it in muscle groups, like a 3 way rotation. Quads, off, glutes, off, hamstrings, off, repeat
