Only you can know if it’s too much. Try it, if you progress then great. If not and you can’t recover and it’s negatively effecting other sessions then it’s too much

Only you know if it’s affecting your performance. If it is then just drink more water and use hydration supplement

It depends what you need to keep you in a deficit and progressing with fat loss. Are you making better progress with fat loss doing cardio on the bike? If so then keep doing that

Long enough to catch your breath and go again without sacrificing performance, not too long that you recover so much that your next set is more than your previous set. A good gauge is partner style rest – enough time for a partner to go and then you go again

Just keep cranking on buddy and enjoy the ride!
If you start gaining fat excessively then you’re in too much of a surplus, but also don’t hold yourself back. Just gauge based off training progression, recovery, digestion and appetite. If after a long time of that you start to see things regress or stall or fat just accumulate based on time, then pull back for a deficit and then rinse and repeat!TBJP Nutrition: Michaela10

If you’re having trouble with digestion then yes just try illuminating it. If you’re not having issues then it is fine

That’s going to come down to your overall volume, what you’re doing outside the gym in terms of nutrition and recovery, etc. lots of variables to contribute here that we do not know
