    For myself and my clients the max one session will get us 50 min, if more is needed beyond that I will put a second session in place

    I personally prefer fasted, second option is post training if less than 30 min, and or prior to final meal of the day

    I personally would cut the volume of the leg ext you are doing 5 sets of leg ext via dual and single, and 3 sets of leg press? If I am reading correctly
    I would add squat before the leg press for 1-2 work sets, reduce the leg press to 1-2 work sets and remove the single leg ext and just do 2 sets bilateral ext

    We don’t know anything about you, your physique, your previous plans, current rate of progress etc.
    you hired the coach for a reason so getting second opinions on his hired opinion is not something that we have a place to give
    I would address this with the coach if you have a problem with it and if it’s something that you cannot adhere to then seek another coach

    It’s not something I would personally do for myself. But if it aligns with your goals and you can recovery from it then there is no issues. You only know if you can if you try
