For myself and my clients the max one session will get us 50 min, if more is needed beyond that I will put a second session in place

I personally prefer fasted, second option is post training if less than 30 min, and or prior to final meal of the day

I personally would cut the volume of the leg ext you are doing 5 sets of leg ext via dual and single, and 3 sets of leg press? If I am reading correctly
I would add squat before the leg press for 1-2 work sets, reduce the leg press to 1-2 work sets and remove the single leg ext and just do 2 sets bilateral extTBJP Nutrition: Michaela10

you hired the coach for a reason so getting second opinions on his hired opinion is not something that we have a place to give
