    Helloooo team, so delts and tris hit yesterday. I forgot to update on here but very very good session abs I give an insight on the importance of training to your needs and not getting married to certain splits like PPL,FB or U/L .
    There’s a place for everything as long as it’s meeting your needs.
    I then commenced to pull this morning, top top session. I have had to pull back on the extreme row weight wise to be able to tidy
    The movement. So don’t be shy to take a step back in order to be able to take two forward..

    Hey @youngoscar last day oon the 7 days off, what aa boring week lol sleeps been getting better, last 3 nights only waken up once like 1:30hours before waking up to alarm, still had issues to get back onto sleep after that but not waking 4 times a night.

    Just wanted to ask do you think that i should go straight to normal volume wich is kinda low, explained on earlier comments, or go easy and only do one set per excercise? Thanks

    If you feel fully rested I’d go back to baseline volume . Also do you supplement with halcyon? It’d be great for keeping you asleep

    It could be a few things… maybe you aren’t having enough carbs to fill your glycogen stores up, lack of hydration & electrolyte balance ..
    Or if you are on week 4 how’s your recovery ? Because one of the signs of needing a deload or a devolume is the lack of a pump .

    A day of rest today , so I have done nothing at all . I am back in tomorrow for delts and tris and these shall be filmed for the site … excited for that

    So really today was meant to be a rest day but my training has been a bit off sync because of factors out of my control.
    So that being said I trained legs today so I can start next week with everything back on sync as should be . It’s meant I’ve done 3 on , so day off tomorrow with a big lie in first then back at it on Monday with delts & tris 🙂

    Honestly one of the best push sessions I’ve had in a long while.. everything really fell in place. Connection, strength was good & pace was also decent. Not much to say other than revel in that moment as they don’t come do often . Day off tomorrow after 2 in a row .. 🙂

    Very good session this morning with everything feeling right . First week of cruise, still holding strength but it’s still early to tell as the assistance is still in my system. But so far so good. We are ruthlessly ticking boxes on a daily basis and making everyday count. That’s in and out of the gym 🙂

    Ok I personally don’t know much about bicalutamide so I’ll try and tag hilly . Dean is no longer with is that’s why you are unable to tag him. Is there anyway she can give halcyon a try ? This is the product Jordan does to aid with , sleep , stress and recovery as the weed doesn’t seem to be working. She can take a few tablets straight post workout and then an hour before bed too. The dosage of the ingredients are all Clinical so you are not getting that anywhere else with the ashwaganda patented too ..

    Not much done today tbh ….a bit of admin, and gone for a nice long walk … the rest of the day has been spent on Netflix tbh… just gone 9pm so time to start unwinding and getting ready for bed .. big pull session awaits in the morning:)

    First things first, wow ? what a physique for a Natural girl. Very impressive.
    I think you’ve said it yourself in that it might be an acclimatisation by pulling bicalutamide which is then affecting her sleep , whether that be quality, quantity or both. And that’ll have a massive impact on overall recovery.
    Is she smoking weed to for pleasure or to assist with sleep ?

    Music I feel is individual & what illicits one emotion in me will be different to you . That being said , you can download the app mix cloud. There’s a lot of DJ’s who post mixes of any genre , it’s also free . So when you find something you like you can put it in your ‘favourite’ section and that way you can collect all your favourite mixes and have them in one place .

    The single most important factor in achieving Hypertrophy is execution, once that is nailed , you’d progressively overload , creating new stimulus each time you add more load or do more work. Each time you add load your body is going to try and get an advantage mechanically , and that’s where standardisation comes in..standardising set up of machine , your body position & everything else so that every progression is legit.
    If for instance I was doing a push , I’d warm up on the big compounds thoroughly, as the load is heavy and the risk is high. I’d also count those warm ups in my volume. As the session proceeds I don’t have to warm up on isolation movements as I’m already warm from my presses.
    Your work sets are relevant & you should keep them consistent. This comes back to standardisation ..keeping things the same across the board. Only then can you measure tangibly , otherwise you are guessing .
