    Jack honestly try CV BURN as jessy recommends above. The panel will make that shredaull one look amateur. lol
    I think they changed the shreds bull panel ingredients as there was some stuff that was too potent or illegal. Don’t take my word for it, that was the word going around.

    Best cycle I’ve done …pushed NPP up gradually as we reduced test till it was about trt dose. I was strong, body comp held real well, appetite was high, libido was high & overall felt good in myself.

    DELTS & TRI’S
    First things first, the Dom’s on my legs are unlike anything else. They are something else.
    The session was as accurate as possible, though there’s always room for improvement hence why execution is the only variable that you can progress in a continuum.
    The most important variables were present in every set IMHO… that is form, intensity & taking sets close to failure.
    Anyway I digress…. today’s session was something else as well… very very good feel mostly on my big presses so was very happy. Joints felt fluid too, so I’ll credit that to an increased dose of cure coming and constant treatments.
    Tomorrow we pull, I shall be recording the session for the site too .

    Yes the other way round will work better…movement will potentiate the quads ready for the compound that follows and warm the knee up ready for the compound movement too . Make sure the focus is strict execution on the leg extension. So contract quads hard to move the load as opposed to just throwing the weight up and down.

    REST DAY
    Up early this morning for my breakfast then went back to Bed. Personally I feel it’s important to maintain routine on a daily basis.
    So I had a little lie in then woke up in time for my next meal. I leave around 2.5-3hrs between meals.
    Rest of the day was spent binging on Amazon tv & doing some client online work .
    Early bed as routine gotta be maintained and it’s training day tomorrow as well

    I think you can add one set of leg extension, 15-20 reps after single leg press & before doing a lying ham curl

    If you suffer with injuries or bad ligaments and tendons, either NPP has been known to help repair and become pain free while lifting.
    However it’s a case of what dosage to run and what’s your overall physique goal too.
    If it’s simply for injuries only then possibly a small dose alongside test or something ?

    LEG DAY
    This is by far the most challenging session mentally and physically. I’ve had to train earlier than normal just to get it done . Otherwise it haunts me all day.
    This is by far the most volume I’ve done, & the most intricate & precise training plan I’ve followed. Every set has a different goal, to challenge a certain range of the muscle , sometimes holding isometrics in the short & in the fully lengthened position. But I only do it once every 7 days so it matches my recovery . When considering volume you just don’t go of reps done, you take into consideration the tempo, the isometrics, the intensifiers & all that .
    Very well deserved day off rest tomorrow.

    SESSION

    Adductor x 2

    Paused pendulum x 3

    Banded leg extension x 3

    Lying hamstring curl x 3

    Banded RDL X 2

    45 degree hip extension x 2

    Calf work ( a lot) cause my calves suck!

    Slow stater but once I warmed up on the pec Dec it was time for business.
    Numbers up across the board. But got a niggle in my biceps so will have to get that checked in the weekend.

    Blanket answer: as often as needed …that’s the one that you should go by.
    But as Michael mentioned :
    When appetite takes a hit
    Sleep takes a hit and as a result recovery will take a hit . That being said Performance will also take a hit in this chain reaction.
    Then training under these circumstances becomes a game of diminishing returns.
    Last year I did it differently & trained in blocks of 4 weeks then de volume ..that’d happen whether I needed it or not.
    Goal was to stay fresh and try strung a longer run without having to bury myself as when you reach that point it takes longer to drop the fatigue.

    REST DAY
    Focused on napping , eating and binging on Netflix. Soo cold today . Literally only left the house to go and do check in pics then been in all day. Heating on blast ?.
    Tomorrow we resume training with a push then conclude the week with legs on Saturday
