    Hey Oscar do u load heavy on each first set then back off for the second set and on push pull legs on every set do u do the 1 second squeeze

    Hello Brett it depends. Mostly on legs I’d back off first then load after. I just go by feel . Sometimes I’m ready neurally & joints feel good so I just go in on a top set first & back off after . It’s just a case of being aware & treating every day as a new day. Their isn’t a wrong and right way . Also in regards to pauses it’ll be mostly first set of isolations where the muscle is still fresh so I want more emphasis on the short position. But I won’t squeeze on every set

    Also Luke a lot of people really pin these oils so fast without actually realising you should take the same time a nurse takes to administer an injection. You should even take longer as you are injecting a thicker substance. I usually push for one pause for 2 & repeat ?. Slowly but surely will always help

    That’s cycle is ample, having just done bloods with no issues, i would push to get them done 10 weeks from now.

    Mate get rid of him! If you had a girlfriend who had the same mannerisms in a relationship sure you’d get rid of them . Or them you.
    We aren’t tied to anyone on the hip , mostly of your goals, principles & where you want to go don’t not align.
    So get rid, train hard by yourself whilst you keep an eye out for a potential training partner.
    Like finding the right partner it’ll be hard, but just stay patient whilst playing your bit

    You need chemistry, when you have chemistry trust me, all the other details just blend in .
    When Kuba was 3 weeks out , he needed a push , I didn’t start over thinking movements. I started thinking about energy I was bringing to these sessions, the ambiance, the effort and ultimately the fact that by the end of the sessions the objective of making sure he’d left it all on the floor was Achieved.

    Nice physique takeo, I feel you need muscle all over to compete in the pro ranks, mostly bodybuilding classes. do you have to compete in 24 weeks or can you give yourself a bit more time?
    IMO big deals take time due diligence takes time, ticking the right boxes takes time. Big things take time & that includes a pro debut physique which is a big deal. Do you have a coach ?

    I appreciate it Oscar. And the only reason why I’m pushing for 24weeks progression phase is that I’m planning on competing about 11weeks after that. So 24weeks of pushing nutrition and training and then begin to diet down after that. I’ve never done a full off season with growth or anabolics so this will be the first off season/progression phase with it. I know it takes time to build but my training partner is competing in his final pro show at the same show I plan on debuting at. That’s why I’m pushing for that specifically. He’s the one whose been pushing me day in and day out and ultimately helped me earn my pro card a couple of weeks ago. I do have a coach but my time with him technically ends in March before I have to pay him for another year. [/quote]
    Ok I understand, if there’s such little time to make changes and diet then the least I’d do if I was you is keep my coach in for all phases till the show just to maximise all variables maybe and get the most you can get off the process ?

    Thank you asrar, you couldn’t have said this in a better place, or in a better way.
    Personally I go off mantra ? that I will work harder on my self , my inner being than I will work on my day job. The same will apply to the gym , I’ll work hard on the ‘being’ before ‘it’ at the gym. That way is success comes I know it’s not ‘final’ , should the gym close or I get a niggle and cannnot train I know it’s not ‘fatal’ .
    So you can then get to keep an equilibrium knowing not to focus on things outside your control. Now this is where the other guys talk about structure, routines & strategy.
    Now the gyms are open and I challenge you to work on these things. It’s not the isolation that’s damaging it’s often our perception that you are isolated that’s damaging to the spirit & physiologically .

    Cable side laterals (2 x 12-20 + drop)

    Dead stop incline barbell bench (load + back off)

    DB lateral partials (1 triple drop set)

    Hello mate, RHOM have really stepped their game up and not only rebranded the stuff. Some of the orals that were a challenge to split into two have come back as bigger tablets to allow more accurate dosage.
    I’ve personally run RHOM all off season & through my prep and I can confirm I feel the changes massively.
