I was meant to train today but I felt off, very weak . Possibly because l started a course of anti biotics and they are just settling in.

In the video Jordan mentioned a compound movement for the rear delts. So I guess an upper back row or facepull would be the best option
Exactly my point, chest supported T bar row, overhand probated grip, pronated barbell bent over row, any big movements that will involve upper back masculature will hit rear delts . But IMO no one just goes to train a compound focused on rear delts.. they are worked by default whilst performing a back compound movement. Then it makes sense after that to finish them off directly by filling them with blood on face pulls , reverse pec dec , seated cable row with appropriate bars & handles .

maaaarvelous session this afternoon. I always enjoy this session as the pump is ridiculous. Lifts progressed today whilst form remained standard, & that’s all we can ask for.

I tend to train my rear delts in isolation as opposed to compounds. Majority of rowing movements will hit the rear delts to some degree.

I’d lean towards upper, lower, full body . If they are new they’ll only need minimal sets to get the work done. Then as they get stronger, and learn how to apply effort and can handle a bit more volume I’d add another set further down the line

PULL
Slow start to today’s session but soon picked up pace and it was a very strong finish.
Slow start in that I just couldn’t get into the space but when I finally did it was epic .
PB’s taken on most movements and at the least numbers matched so we’ll take that .
