Personally I have a three strike rule , if I miss a lift on three rotations then I’ll swap it.

Hello matey that happens to me a lot..mostly on legs…I’ll train them say today , tomorrow I’ll wake up perfectly normal , the day after I’ll literally have Dom’s on level 6/10 assuming 10 is the worst. The day after the day after it’ll go up again before it begins to come down again.

Hey Scott. Great question. I’d start with addressing
•Execution : That doesn’t mean lift light and squeeze , substantial effort has to be present. There is a huge amount of potential progression by just improving execution, But Execution and effort exist on a continual.
• frequency : are you hitting them as frequently as you can? Being a smaller muscle group they can recover quicker .
•Exercises selection: exercises are tools , non of them are good or bad, but there maybe better or worse exercises for a specific individual.all that really matters is all what is occurring in that muscle you are attempting to train. Are you doing movements that serve you ? Movements that you can connect with , movements that offer great stability profiles? Where is the movement challenging and where is it easy & let’s make sure the load matches that.

I feel music evokes emotion, which is person dependent. And I know this as I’ve shared headphones ???? with Jordan whilst training and when I’ve had them back he’s been listening to Louis capaldi on a top set.
I on the other hand done a top set to lil Wayne feat Eminem (no love)

Hey guys rest day today, before I embark on another 2 days of training. Starting with push (chest focused) tomorrow, followed by legs on Friday .
Apart from work , today consisted of napping and a long overdue treatment just to freshen up the body.
This consisted of facial release , massage, manipulation & dry needling.

DENSITY/LEGS
SLDL’s back in today. Last rotation I’d hit the wall at 222kg for 3 reps. After consulting @trainedbyjp how to move forward he actually suggested I stick another 1.25kg and match the reps & slowly bully that load to 5 reps. Very chuffed with today’s lift as we actually got 4 reps at 224.5kg. Very very good day in the office.
We have also introduced cycle and actually using a long esta of nandrolone decaonate… starting at 1500mg per week split into two doses.
Rest remains at 300mg weekly split into two.
This will take a while to kick in but that’s expected.

Hello team, rest day today after two consecutive training days . Worked till 1:30 then came home for an hours nap. Woke up ate, done some admin, now back to work for an hour then day is done.

No not at all , IMO that 20 minute walk is beneficial to get into the right head space preparation wise . You can use it to plan objectives of the session at hand & visualise how you’ll execute it.
That walk can also be used as a good warm up & personally I think it’s more beneficial than walking on a treadmill as you can’t beat fresh air.
