So 12 weeks out on the dot today, we hit a Big back session earlier today, posted some videos of few movements on my story on IG .
Things are going very well and I feel cycle is kicking in nicely now second week in.
Strength is slowly climbing & hopefully that remains the case as we go forward in the next couple of weeks.

Evening guys, rest day today. I did my first bout of cardio earlier this morning fasted.
I did this on the cross trainer keeping my heart beat above 130bpm….I did not realise how unfit I was. It wrecked me.

I also trained legs earlier today…tough session but very very productive which I’m pleased with .. strength is holding , & things are looking on the up considering it’s only second week of adding assistance.
Workout was as follows
•lying ham 3 x 8-10,10-12,12-15•seated leg press 8-10,12-15
•smith squats 10-12, 12-15
•leg extensions 2 x10-12
•adductor 2×12-15
•standing calf raise

Hello guys, so check in today…I am currently 102kg …no weight drop this week but composition has improved.
So adjustments have been made to my food with meal 1 changing from
2 whole eggs & 2 egg whites 200g 5% mince beef to 2 whole eggs & 2 egg whites 200g turkey mince , 30g nut butter off the last meal & Jordan also added 20 minutes cardio per meal 1.
These changes should see me make steps forward on the scale & composition wise by the end of next week.
I am happy with where I am currently sitting & with the tools still left to use .

I think dieting in general will always affect motility . It happens to me and I’ve used

Personally I prefer to weigh rice dry weight because of the water discrepancies..but if it works for you & it fits your macros then I see no problem sir.

Personally agree with Clare, you have to be pragmatic in your approach. The ketchup is no problem but you also want to loose as much excess fat as possible. So don’t take your liberties having loads..have a small amount a time..don’t swamp your meal with it..;)

Execution is number one priority, optimal execution means intent, which results into optimal connection.
Once this is is achieved (it’ll never be 10/10 as each time you over load it’ll challenge you to keep the form) which leads me to my next point…progressive overload…make sure you are progressing in the weight room but with standard form across the board.
Make sure you are working in varied rep ranges and aiming to get strong across the board 6-8,10-12, 12–15,25-30
Exercise selection also matters very much , ensuring you working with different movements that load the bicep in lengthened and shortened ranges.
