Ok so yesterday….

I won my pro card 🙂

& narrowly missed out on the overall.

It was a much much better look this weekend. Was really happy to nail it. Pumped even before I did any pump up backstage, better quad fullness, overall just a much improved look.

Very happy chippy today. Will give an update on diet / next plans soon

Enjoyed a pizza last night / dessert, woke 1lb up, will have one relaxed but sensible day today, then back at it tomorrow with off season diet!

Post show!!

So , I placed 2nd in a decent line up of 7 at the weekend, I am a bit disappointed of course, but I got beaten by a very good physique, with more maturity up top than me.

I’m going again this weekend, at the INBA PNBA European Championships in Florence Italy. I fly tomorrow from Heathrow so this week has been a bit manic, sorry for the lack of updates.

Show thoughts –

I could of been fuller. I used a natural herbal diuretic from 3 days out and it pulled a lot of fluid out of me, resulting in a flatter look across the board, and a lot of quad cramp on stage ? so I won’t be using that for this show.

Looking forward to finishing on a high and being truly happy with the stage look :)!
