1 day out! 160.8 this morning… a new low of prep!
So we are running 4 meals 100c today and then last meal just protein fat alongside complete rest all day should have me waking up in a good position bodyweight wise but also holding fullness too.
Just got first layer of tan and completed all my check ins for the day π
Very excited for tomorrow. Should be on stage around 5:30/6pm and live stream details are on my IG!

161.4 lbs this morning, just a 0.4lb increase!
Another 500c going in today. Pull session going down, all check ins done and meals are prepped.

161 this morning – a new low of prep.
First carb load day today, 500c going in across 5 meals and an Intra. Trace fats and protein at 220. Slightly higher carbohydrate situated around training.
Today is Push at rock bottom volume.
8k steps only so making sure I keep them lower and stay off my feet when needed. Gonna grab a haircut too.
Excited for the next few days!

4 days out
Bit flatter upon wake this morning, 161.8, usual after legs.
Rest day today spent just working and making sure everything is planned in my head for Saturday and Sunday (meals wise mainly). Already done 10 rounds posing, practiced my routine 3x and now doing steps.
8k steps today which is a 4.5k reduction on normal steps to continue to drop off fatigue from the legs. Will get these all done this morning.
Gaz arrives this evening and content starts tomorrow ?

The detail is incredible. Especially the delts. Look at this like an anatomy chart and seeing how the front delt is a different shape and how it inserts in a different point from the middle and rear. Super interesting.
Something super cool and pure about the conditioned natural physique. No blurring and lumps. It’s like the delts have been dragged with a rake!Hahah I love that Seth. Thank you π yes the benefit of zero scar tissue I guess!
