    Today I slept longer 🫠
    Woke up fresh at 10:45am ahah it’s rest day from work
    Then glutes workout after meal 2
    And cardio 30min (slow walk on treadmill) then just a little bit of house cleaning and meal prep.

    Same than Hilly, every two hours for me it’s too short, unless i alternate solid + liquid meal
    Try both alternatives and see what makes u feel better and check digestion too

    Hello guys
    Been working until very late
    This am check-in fasted 62,8kg
    So my coach decided to increase clemb causz he does not want to raise fatigue by increasing cardio or lowering the food now
    So 40mcg fasted and 20 afternoon and we gonna add some zaditen.
    Been full day of video posing corrections and stairmaster today 30min, also walk 30min and 1 posing lesson into my studio.
    Busy long day but so happy when everything is full full like this.
    Season has started for sure!!
    Next month subscriptions for the posing video corrections are full !!!
    Now at 2am going to bed, xoxo

    And same for veggies : I ate green beans a lot in prep (in france) but when I bought green beans in peak week in usa they bloated me like hell, and they were both green beans, so from one brand to another, many things can change

    And for me, french bagels never ruined me / USA bagels did ruin me and they both are bagels so it can even be such a tiny compo/conception detail as it was for me

    Hello mate, yes can come for gluten, before removing gluten totally, i would just try to switch bagel for white bread/baguette
    Cause bagel fucked the gut of my husband but not the white bread.
    Bagels are harder to digest, and it could possibly just the bagel and not the gluten itself

    Me I would personally go just for 9am and 11am but it’s a personal taste, as I need a long time post wakeup to be ready to eat my first meal. Digestion ready and 💩 wise lol

    Hello guys
    Today was full day of online posing lessons
    Just finished now, so I gonna do my 30min walk on my treadmill.
    Tomorrow I got my check-in for my coach (wr are 12 weeks out) and then I need to go to the gym to do my 30min stairmaster, then once back home I gonna work on my weekly posing video corrections, then at 3pm I have a presential posing lesson into my studio until 4pm, then redo the video posing corrections and then do my 30min walk on the treadmill. Long day ahead 🤩

    Hello mate same here!
    I train midday everytime so I take full dose unwind and then pre bed full dose dream sleep
    When I train at night, I just take dream sleep then
    If I train morning (will never happen) i would have take 2 caps unwind (half dose) and pre bed full dose of dream sleep

    I would suggest you to eat a more liquid meal at 10:15 like this you want eat closer to your Pre wo, and then solid pre workout
    So 1st 7am solid meal with carbs fats proteins / 2nd meal 10:15 liquid meal (can be cream of rice / whey and why not a mixed banana or smg) and 13/13:30 a more solid meal if you digest it – cream of rice white eggs/or whey and why not bagel with honey/jam and almond butter

    I felt asleep yesterday in the sofa 😂
    Woke up this morning a bit late ; I seemed to be very tired.
    Today did my 30min fasted walk
    And then workout of glutes, without zero energy but lifts are still increasing so atm no problem.
