Well well…
You can cut while intuitive eating yes
But it will never be accurate.
To control variables you need to count and track.
Imo your weight is dropping too fast; I suggest you start counting if you don’t want to experience those troubles.
500gr less per week is a good cut (average)
But it will also depend on your starting point : were you high in body fat ?
Cause first kg always drop faster if you are a tad over fat.
But for real you should count, cause approximative technics will lead to approximative results and I am sure you don’t wanna realize the last 3 years have been a waste of time.
Also : you lost a lot of weight ; tiredness mainly come from here.

Hello everyone, today early appointment of laser epilation, then stairmaster 30min at the gym, then 1h deep tissue massage. And now 30min walk on my treadmill.
Regarding my check-in of yesterday: my coach wanna keep everything the same, as body composition is getting better despite the 600gr weight increase. We are in advance, so no need to change anything. Next check-in on monday.
I gonna book the hotel and train for the first show of the season now during my cardio 30min

Today check-in day
62,8kg fasted so 600gr more than last friday
But i guess it’s normal as yesterday has been glutes workout VS Wednesday and thursday of last week; I was in rest day with two low diet days so on last friday ofc I was lighter, conditions changed
I am still waiting the feedback of my coach
Check-in has been done with the black background (which looks way better though) I have posted my poses on IG post today.
Full day of work today on my online posing lessons, and now we gonna start to clean the stuff (clothes and bathroom) of my husband as this is still the mess from his side and i gonna help him otherwise he will not find the motivation to do so. 😂
