    Hello mate. Make analyse your sleep in a specialized center
    My husband had insomnia and chronic fatigue
    We discovered he was suffering from apnea of sleep
    Now he got the machine he sleeps like a baby
    If you have the time to make naps, it can helps during the time you find a solution
    Ofc stay away from coffee, or exciting powders closer to the evening, and remove screens close to bed time
    And you can also start meditation; it’s quite common at bed time to think a lot and reflect on many things, but you need to shut off your brain cause it can keep u awake also

    Today not 1h fasted cardio
    I ll do it after my online lessons
    Full day of online posing lessons today
    Rest day from the gym
    And also have completed all the link sending for the online booking of routine création to the 54 ladies who signed up
    Some of them prefer the video sending and not the video call, so i will send them the forms during my cardio

    I personnally do 10gr glutamine fasted with : vital support tbjp, probiotics, insure tbjp, cure coming tbjp
    Then after some time, I take my breakfast
    And 10gr glutamine before bed

    Weight the oil and count your macros and kcals of it
    Me I don’t “fry” personnally
    I cook the chicken in the airfryer if I got small quantities
    Or oven in big quantities
    Barbecue chicken in sunny days
    I think it’s been ages I did not cook chicken into a pan, except when I do mince my chicken to have burgers shape of it

    If you were bulking before the deload, keep the bulk once you are recovered
    If you were not bulking before the deload, I don’t see the point of bulking for 3 weeks only

    I personnally love the straight bar standing cable pullover for lats
    Give it a try with you lats pulldowns and rowings
    I personnally wouldn’t train back without the cable pullover.
    Then probably my friends will say something different but for me
    Some Pulldown + cable pullover + some rowing is what’s working for a complete back

    Hello mate, don’t cut the veggies no
    Remove broccoli and all cauliflower family of veg
    And I personnally don’t digest peppers mushrooms, it bloats me a lot
    Only safe veggies for me are asparagus, spinach
    And you can take an extra with Veggie Might from tbjp
    Keep the pineapple, and you can also add some blueberries/red fruits
    Carrots seems fine to me so keep them

    If it does not cause digestive issue I see no problem of using milk in the day
    But post workout I would not do that honestly
    If you wanna use milk with your whey just for the taste of it you have other options i.e. oat milk

    Then glutes workout
    No work today
    Cleaning the house a bit
    And tonight free meal
    Tomorrow full day of online posing lessons and rest day from gym

    I would mix powders but not with water the day before
    Cause it’s not same taste and I think it stinks 😂
    So i would add water on d day
    And I did not knew it could break down some effectiveness, but if Clare said it, well she might be right so I was doing good 🤓😂

    Agree with meg!
    Do meal prep just once a week, or twice, you will save some time for going to bed earlier
    I would not do cardio morning or steps, if you got a long day of work in front; I will sleep more, sleep is always the choice number one.
    When your rest is sh*t, nothing you gonna do in the day gonna have a real positive impact.
    Save your sleep, walk more at work or during the day, lunch break, or post workout at night
