    Not even a decent protein amount here
    I assume oatmeal as protein inside, causz some brands makes the mix btw proteins and oats into your oatmeal but that’s def not enough
    Follow what my friends told u : count protein from raw sources of protein MEAT EGGS WHEY
    And count your calories with the total of all the macros : including the kcals indirect proteins
    All my friends said it perfect already so I will not repeat
    Dont hesitate to send us again your new diet for approval

    Then workout of upper
    And now doing administrative work for my new posing service, I am settling the parameters for online booking and also trying to find out a good way to record my videos and complete paiment for those who wanna pays for posing video tutorial for routines.

    I don’t remember at all the dosage I have done, I just remember the dermatologist saying me “we need to increase at the max cause soft dosage it’s not enough for you”

    It’s no that easy to get it, I know, dermatologists protects themselves cause as said before “some clients commit suicides” and the roaccutane has substances which impact the mood
    Try his method for a month, I know deep inside it will not work efficiently but next appointment insist and say that it plays negatively in your life, so you are ready to so whatever it takes
    We will not criticize them for being conservative though but only someone subject to severe acne can understand the lack of self esteem and how it impacts our relations with ourselves and with others
    People joking about us
    People thinking we don’t wash ourselves
    People thinking the person we are is disgusting
    Etc etc
    Give it a try and next month don’t let him the choice, or go for another dermatologist

    Your description would actually suit me very well!

    In fact, I currently feel like I have pins and needles when I sweat. Even on my scalp where I don’t actually have any pimples…

    I actually took Doxycycline before taking Minocycline, unfortunately without success.

    Then I think the only thing left is Roaccutane… 🙁

    Yes I also tried doxy but it works only on soft acne, not the reactional one
    Also idk if you shave/epilate yourself, but try to avoid it as it will increase acne with blocked pores
    Roaccutane is a deep treatment but the only one efficient for reactional acne
    And that’s not “sooo terrible” to leave.
    I did it at 17yo with 50% of a functional brain (😂😂 teen) and they say it can leads to suicide thoughts but hum… that’s potentially true but never happened to me, as I was balanced mentally.
    Secondary effect : dry skin, dry lips, dry eyes
    So you need to hydrate yourself and buy eye drops
    Never take the sun without 50spf suncream other wise you gonna have red marks
    Be prepared to have a big breakout all in once; that’s normal ; everything will go out from under the skin
    Today I am 34yo, so 18 years after I never had spots again (max 10 very small spots during periods 😂, when before my whole skin was a spot)
    And yes be careful to cholesterol too so adapt your diet cause what you are already eating can raise it
    And also don’t try to get a child around the use of roacctuane, if you have a wife/girlfriend, she needs a strong contraception method, it creates deep malformation on babies

    It’s 4lbs more so only 2kg more, that’s reasonable
    I think you can go back to your previous diet for few days, and when being a little leaner as before, watch weight and reverse, 200/300 kcals is slow and wise

  • It’s quite simple, if you wanna go to bed at 11pm
    Eat the last at 9:30/10pm
    And then settle the rest of you day taking care of assing enough space btw solid meals
    Mines are 10am / 1pm / 3.30 / 6pm / 9pm / 00
    That’s not a perfect bed time, but since ever I never been an early sleeper, or early morning eater
    The routine of someone else will not be good for you, so do you !

    If recovery sucks after a reduction in volume, I would honestly make a one week total break, stop hiit but keep some steps in daily
    The fact you keep progressing lift is good, but if your body feels drained and sore and don’t seem to handle, take a break
    From experience, a total break (keep dieting ofc) is sssssso good once you go back to the gym
    Take this week off to settle physio appointments and relaxing massages

    Also working a on a new formula of posing service: a rourine creation by myself for wellness bikini ifbb npc athletes
    Like this they don’t have to think it, they will just tell me their body strength weaknesses and their conditions, and I will create them a personalized and individual routine
    Today I got all my online posing lessons
    And then we gonna make food shopping for my husband.

    Shoulders for me it’s all dumbells
    Military press
    Lateral raises
    Frontal raise
    Rear delt with the pec dec
    The most important is to lift with the shoulders only, that’s imo the easiest muscle to train but also majority of the executions I see at the gym are not optimal, too much weight, help with other body parts, etc
    I think the machine is usefully only when the weight you start to carry over your head can kill you with dumbells
    Once again that’s my opinion

    Hello, I will let my friends answer to this new workout settle
    But what’s clear to me imo is that when as exercise hurts your lower back, that’s probably because the execution is not the best and your spine is taking a lot of load, it can comes from a lack of mobility in legs, hips, lower back etc
    I would advise u to settle a mobility routine
    Good warm up for your hips before starting your workout
    Review the execution with someone who knows
    And as you did : put the painful exercises at the end of the workout ofc it’s better, otherwise you can be f*cked at beginning or middle and then the rest of your session will not be great

    Hello mate, we need more infos here
    Not tracking kcals : does it mean you barely under ate or means you over ate?
    What was your weight before the holidays vs after?
    How is your body composition atm
    Lean or holding some decent fat? Do you have pics ?
    Depending on your answers the approach will be different.
    Cause the time before your holidays was your deficit diet so i would not go back to this, unless you took a lot of fat during holidays
