    Take your weight once a week in the same day, same time, same circumstances
    As simple as that.
    I don’t like taking my weight daily, cause there are too much variables according to your food that day before or your training of the day before

    Usually I do like this :
    Every two weeks, saturday morning 9/10am
    Pictures + videos of myself with same bikini (so for u same slip ofc 😂)

    Same place, same phone, same poses

    Take your weight after peeing and after 💩
    And if you need one expresso to do the big one, then always take your weight after :
    Pee – expresso – shit

    Don’t drink nothing before and you are good to go

    If the weight is 500gr more, keep doing the same diet
    If the weight is 0gr more, you can increase the diet
    If the weight is 2kg more, keep the diet and observe what happen one week after, Saturday, same time same conditions
    If you gained 1kg again in one week, so drop off some kcals from the diet : it’s going too fast and probably your shape will be too soft

    500gr/week is a good average
    In bulk or in cut

    Hello everyone
    This morning I slept a bit more
    My night has been awful
    My sleep isn’t good at all lately
    I will try to cut the screens earlier then

    Vacuum and mobility this am

    Glutes workout today. New prog and I also changed all the tempos and loads cause I really want to isolate the glutes and not that much the legs or the lower back

    Frog 2 sets 1 backoff
    Rdl 2 sets 1 backoff
    Uni hipthrust 2 sets 1 backoff
    Step up 2 sets
    Stiff 2 sets 1 backoff

    No pain at all in the hams, so I did good to let them recover for two weeks and stop all the stretchings movements.

    Everything was back to normal today.

    Now doing my 1h cardio and tonight free meal, half italian food half sushi lol couldnt decide 😂

    You will not progress each exercise each session
    But as Meg said : you NEED to find how to do better each time
    In load, or tempo, or form, or reps
    There is many ways to progress, to just the basic one rep more or one plate more

    No. You should always aim to, but if it isn’t there, just do 100% of what you can do on that particular day. You can control as many variables as you can in terms of food, rest, output etc, but there will always be external stressors that you can’t, and these may affect your performance.

    Progress doesn’t just come in adding load either. You may add an extra rep or control your execution better for the same reps. This is still progress.

    When you got an injury in the past, knee sleeves will bring less pain and less tension.
    But don’t carry more than uou can actually lift, cause they are not magic.
    When you have to train carefully, even with knee sleeves you have to be careful.

    I think you can be peeled even natty, just cardio diet rest and good workouts have to be on point. And if not natty, i don’t think you need it.

    Basically you have two types of people on the socials:
    The one who makes everything to have i.e. an instagram super clean which sales a lot
    The one who stays discrete and do the job
    On the first type, 80 peeps /100 will sign up because it looks good and then they will leave for another content coach creator which looks also good.
    On the second type, your curriculum will speak before yourself, and people will talk about you if you do a great job, even if your socials are shit.
    The more you reach people, the more shit you call.
    People spreading the word about you will make you have less clients, but qualitative ones.
    Better to spend your money into online studies, nutrition, to be litterally the best u can, instead of spending your money for a social manager. (Cause that’s cost a lot).
    Jordan feed on IG is litterally not instagram-able but his account is so high cause his reputation preceeds him.

    Better is always lean beef ; cook it and don’t overthink the rest, if you wanna add more fats just put olive oil
    But Try to cook the same way
    And even if you don’t cook it the same way though : air fryer will dry the meat out
    Pan will let some water inside your meat
    What matters is the raw weight of your meat

    Been to the gym to do the stairmasters 30min
    No workout today
    Full day of work on my posing video corrections
    Snow is here everywhere in Paris, that’s soooo beautiful but dangerous af
    Makes me remember the Christmas when i was a child and when the family was complete
    Now, a lot have passed away, and every years it feels more and more alone
    But still feel warm from the memories ❤️🕊️
