    Personnally I had always train shoulders at the same time than back, and biceps triceps together OR back biceps, and shoulders triceps
    And I had great progresses that way for a woman, a little bit too much though that i needed to stop working out upper for four years
    But basically, now I am allowed to workout upper all in once, and I do
    Back
    Shoulders included side delts ofc
    Triceps
    (Biceps I am not allowed)
    But if i were allowed to I would have put biceps and triceps together

    But what is important is how you get the most results : try it in your way, see if you progresses better or not and asjust

    I would not base my judgement on the weight but on your skin thickness and your overall look
    Get as lean as you can
    If it’s 3kg, it’s fine
    If it’s 8kg it’s also fine
    When you skin on belly becomes thin and you see better your abs, means that you are getting there soon

    Full day of online posing lessons
    End of the day filming the new collection of tbjp
    Montage for the reel ig
    And tonight selection of the pictures
    No workout today ofc rest day
    Tomorrow rest day also but just 1h cardio (walk) fasted and 30min of stairmaster
    And it will be full day of posing video corrections

    You just need to be very observative with yourself and if you have a gym partner or if you are in couple at home, you can ask the people close to you to observe you a little more for them to help u to find the cause
    I asked to my husband to help me at home, and he said you spend your life with the phone in the hand with the hand in a bad position
    Ask your family/partner to watch what you do with your elbow and they will find out very easy i think

    But I so think in a short period of time like this one, the best is a push pull legs

    I received a new prog for the workouts we removed the lunges
    And switched it for steps up on the box
    Also we want to improve the medium gluteus so I am allowed again to do lateral kick backs now that my hips look smaller

    Hello mate, i have seen the pictures
    I think your partner can do or pca or npc(2bros) cause she got a nice amount of muscle
    Would not be logical to put her into ukbff where the girls are long and very slim
    And for you pca or npc(2bros) could be the best too
    They have an option first timer if you want in 2bros, so the experience can be great but not too stressfull also to be compared to bigger physics

    @allisontestuhotmail-fr Thanks, I’ll bump it up by 200 kcals on TD days, when weight is stalling, how long would you usually wait before adjusting?

    When weight is stalling, so by that I mean weight is same than the week prior, I will bump up again until the next plateau
    If you prefer to wait that the weight decrease a little, you can also, if you loose btw 200gr and 500gr, bump up again the food

    Hello mate, the tendinitis can come from a bad execution (I mean by this, bad alignement of joints, bad angle of lifting, etc) Can also come from the lack of mobility or stretching capacity
    Can also come from dry tendons also, so maybe check your inner hydration
    Can also come from a bad posture (work/sleep/phone) in your everyday life that cause a shorten position for your tendon or an over use of it.
    That’s the causes my physio gave me to explore for my wrist tenditinis.
    First solution is to rest until the pain on rest is gone.
    Then once you come back to the gym, remove the exercises that cause a little pain.
    Also check your inner hydration (why not taking electrolytes?)
    Check your postures at work and at home and try to see if you cannot find a repeated use of your elbow or any posture that can shorten your tendon for too long
    Also make check your execution by a coach at the gym if you got one experienced or record yourself doing the workout and try to see how you put your elbow into troubles and on which movements.
    For my case was the phone use mate! Thumb excited on the phone with left hand and then i switch for the right hand and then the tendinitis went on two sides! So I bought a support for the phone and now tendinitis are gone for good!!!
    Once you find the real cause, the tendinitis will go away for good if you stop the bad habits.
    Waiting the tendinitis to calm down; don’t force otherwise you will damage your tendon until a potential semi rupture or a complete rupture.

    Hello mate
    I personnally never experienced NABBA but I did IFBB (ukbff equivalent) in the past and now I am Pro in PRO LEAGUE (NPC- so 2BPros)
    Nabba is a small federation, I coach posing for athletes, and most of the the time, the caliber of athletes isn’t super high, so it can be great experience for beginners.
    UKBFF is a little bit more known, but majority of their athletes is switching to the NPC, so level and size of the athletes is not super “hardcore”
    Then you got the NPC, so in uk it’s 2BROSPROS, and the level is higher as this is the most important federation in the world.
    Ofc it is a regional show, but the end of the journey is the Olympia, so you can have a great mix of first timers and huge caliber athletes.
    The answer is more what is your goal ?
    Small stage, chill, not hardcore level
    Or bigger stage, and level can be crazy depending on the day and the category.
    You need also to choose the federation according to your wife, cause posing and body parts judges are very different in those threz federations for her; she needs to find which one fits the best her shape, bikini is too different from one federation to another
    Classic is classic no matter where you go
    The only difference in the size the judges want depending on the federation.
    So tell your partner to come up here on the forum, post her shape and I will advise her where to compete
    And if u wanna be with her, just follow
    But if you two wanna choose wisely, post your shape both of u in the forum, and i will help you to choose if needed.
    Calendar is often posted online at the end of December or in January
    First shows always start around March April depending on the countries
    So whatever the date you compete, make sure you start your prep in advance to have margin to adjust for May
