Hello mate, for me you are not at the equivalent of that much weeks out, but way leaner than this imo.
For a short term plan of competing, I would choose men’s physique (as you have a pretty decent level already !) OR classic physique but only if your legs can catch up some quality and size in the cupcoming year ✨

Today check-in but unfortunately weight went up of 100gr for idk which reason.
So 64,1kg this morning, but way leaner overall.
Today full rest day, just 8k steps to do and two things to buy for my meal plan otherwise it’s just chill and rest.

But for proteins bar they are full of additives usually. i don’t recommand any !
Basically proteins bar are what ?
Protein, dry fruits, cereals, and nuts
You can just make yourself !If you got an airfryer or an oven or even without !
Isolate + oats flakes + dates/figs + honey + almonds/macadamia nuts
You can make a kind of uncooked porridge or cooked porridge, let it to the fridge in a bowl or under the shape of a “protein bar” with an adapted mould and this is it.

Today full day of work on my posing video corrections, in between : one posing lesson with a client from Switzerland coming to Paris
Then upper body workout, 8k steps and 25min liss also.
Need to wash my hair (always mention that cause it takes 2 hours lol headache)
And tomorrow check-in for my coach.

Testing if you can recover is great !
But I would make sure before your deads, and squats day, you got a rest day.
I would also avoid training the day after it.
You need to be freshly rested before and after to be able to actually progress your lifts, recover properly, and actually grow your muscles and strength.

Today glutes workout 8k steps 25min liss post workout
I have made a little waredrobe tidy up cause we plan to move soon so I had to separate clothes that I wanna keep and those that I gonna sell/give and not bring with me.
Usually when I do that, I check if the size is still fitting me, if not I put aside, and then if it’s something not fitting anymore I make a huge bag to give to homeless people.
What is new I try to sell it, or give as a gift to clients.
Today was just some bras and leggings that I gonna give to my posing client this afternoon, as I got one 1-2-1 posing lesson into my studiow

For some people it can be a benediction not to feel hunger, but for a very fast metabolism; I actually think it’s the opposite.

Hello mate, so you don’t have any rest day into your 14 days rotation, they are all following each other?
Cause like I was thinking of reducing carbs/kcals on your rest days but I am looking for them 😂
Cause your training seems very taxative, so you actually need food to perform, but on your rest day (which to me ARE necessary), there was an option for you to reduce your intake.Heavier carb meal before bed YES, If you go to run at 4 am it’s def needed imo
Agree with hilly; try it for a week and see the body response and adjust from there. If weight drops; well keep it same cause it’s good

I would focus on having the biggest carbs meals around training.
Top 1 – post workout
Top 2 – pre workout
Top 3 – breakfast
And then all the other meals in between

Hello mate, there is no “general rule” in bodybuidling.
You can reduce carbs on rest day, but I wouldn’t remove them, you still need for your recovery.
I personnally have a difference of 200 kcals btw td and ntd. NOW.
But before (last year) I was around 500 kcals btw both.
With the 500kcals difference, Ofc the deficit is higher and I loose fat a little faster, but since we have changed ot to 200 kcals difference, my general fatigue/energy/recovery is better, and sleep also. Weight goes down a bit slower but my fat loss seems to be more “manageable”.
