    I has the same issue with Oats no matter which brand, no matter their form

    It just happened and stayed same for two years

    Until a day where everything was fine again

    At some points, potatoes did the same to me at a different time, and also broccoli at another different time

    Atm your body does not tolerate one thing, remove/swipe it and try again later

    I tries to look for an explanation but there was not : i was still eating white bread and it never bloated me for example
    But the thing the potatoes / oats / broccoli got in common on myself, is that I was eating them all the time for a long period of time. I just felt like if the body did not wanted that anymore
    And once again, I don’t have any explanation for this; just the three stuffs got this common point

    This morning 30min fasted cardio
    Then i gonna train glutes
    And after free meal
    Today no work

    I think I will ask my coach to do a small step back on the diet, as i want to keep a leaner shape for the off season as i don’t need to progress anymore muscle wise, and also like this i will be able to jump into a show easier without waiting too long or pushing the food down too hard

    Hello mate, do you drink a lot of coffee? Are you hungry at the moment? Do you use dream sleep tbjp before you go to bed? What is the temperature of your bedroom?
    My husband had a very very light apnea without noticing, he did the test in france and it turned out negative to apnea but then he did it in portugal and they said he got apnea.
    Not all doctors and analyses are equal, but since he got the machine; his sleep is very qualitative though, and he does not wake up in the middle of the night anymore.
    He used dream sleep tbjp also, and the meal pre bed is very close to the time of going to bed, as during digestion; he falls asleep easier though. If he waits one hour after the last meal, he loose the sleep. He also stopped all coffee, and space the stimulant powders far from the sleep time.

    I would lower the weight and focus on a good execution and slow movement
    And why not a quick warm up on the zone without weight to make you only your hamstring and bit of glutes are engaged

    The order of the exercise matters
    You don’t have the same energy first exercise and last exercise
    I would just progress the lifts from where they are mate
    Freshly u can lift 40kg
    Not fresh 36kg
    And that’s okay, same for me at hipthrust
    I can do 10 reps at 230 in first exercise
    But only 15 reps at 200 last exercise
    For example
    And it’s totally logical

    If you can diet more, do it
    But if you fail the diet so there is no point as you will also loose the mindset and not reach the condition
    Distraction in supermarkets will always exist
    You just have not to buy it and pass over this step
    You can do it, feeling like sh*t and being hungry is part of the struggle of being a bb
    You need to find happiness into suffering
