    Don’t think about this 😉 just do your 100% of your 90% and take care of yourself
    If the pain disappears in few days/ week, keep taking the appointment still, to do a global check

    Frequency of physiotherapy appointments for me ; 1x per week in prep ; 2x month in off or more if needed
    Your body is your car; take care of it if you want the car brings you where u wanna be

    Hello everyone
    30min fasted cardio today
    Full day of work on posing videos corrections
    First half this morning
    Second half this afternoon after my training of glutes
    Today I did a deload; i just train twice at the gym yes; but the only volume I got is for glutes, and everything was sore and recovery was poor since few days
    So just went to the gym and reduce the weights Of 40% and did a pump workout
    Actually it’s been a very long time I did not do a pump workout and feeling the pump is nice 😂

    30min fasted cardio today
    Been to the supermarket to buy a drying machine for clothes, just wanna save some time for me as the clothes is “my thing” at home ahah
    Then 30min stretching mobility and vacuum
    Then 30min bike alternated speed
    Now working on some of my posing video corrections for tomorrow as I have received some

    Best place to ask for is a physio or medical adivce in first instance.
    I know you don’t wanna miss one leg day, but if it’s smg bad and not just a “normal” pain, better to know in advance to prevent it of getting worst
    I would do some exams and keep the exercises where you don’t feel the pain waiting your exams
    If it’s a green light, add also a bit of stretching and mobility work , far from the leg days, sometimes pain in knees are due to fast jump in progression and the muscles can be very stiff on the zone they insert on the knee, making you think it’s a knee pain, when it’s in fact a muscle lack of mobility / stretching
    So first
    Go check a physio
    And then create yourself a nice stretch/mob routine far from leg days
    Also add some massage work/ deep tissue often

    I also recommend to keep being active / add a little bit of cardio can help to decrease the LDL
    Also check your diet, maybe you can help lowering the values by doing a step back, check your blood sugar (in sure tbjp is awesome to keep that under control)
