    I actually did very very low volume in my growth (1 working set or 2 max) and previously been with higher volume for 7,5 years
    I have made more progresses in density on my shape with one year than in 7,5 years
    I was sceptical changing my technic before as I felt training “less” but the benefits are huge and recovery was incredible.

    First 5 years : 6x per week
    Then 2 years : 5x per week
    Then last year : 4x per week
    And now : 2x per week
    Ofc the higher was the volume, the lowest was the intensity; and as a new Bodybuilder, I was able to recover very easy cause not a lot of muscles
    After 5 years, I started to put more intensity but with still high volume
    And in 2023, my husband build a totally new program for me and we went to 4 workouts a week with 1 or max 2 working set, and well, difference was huge.
    Unfortunately to add a little bit of context; I am a bikini athlete so after my 5 first years of bodybuilding the judges asked me to size down my muscles; so I had to stop many body parts as upper body for example
    Now unfortunately I train twice a week (only glutes)

    I did this during 4 years and was fine as I was doing 5 different workouts and targeting specific areas
    But in your case u just have two workouts with same areas worked, so clearly you don’t have time to recover, or you don’t put enough intensity
    You should have 5 different workouts imo to be able to let recover the muscles you train
    I would run things differently ; muscle split or push pull legs push pull rest rest

    Fasted routine stretching mobility and vacuum
    Then fasted cardio 30min
    Now I am gonna do my hiit into my studio
    And then I will need to do some administrative work for my self society

    I prefer 5/6 meals per day honestly
    Particularly in growth season
    Otherwise the meal quantity is huge for me and lead to the “almost vomit” feeling
    But that’s person dependent
    I personnally prefer to eat every 3h than 4/5h

    Hello brenden, belt squat is a good machine, but I def prefers normal squat or dumbell squats, as the more weight you got on the belt, the more painful the belt is on the hip bones
    If you feel comfy on the belt machine, use it

    So i did my fasted cardio
    And all day I have posing classes online
    Then I gonna do my bike session missed from monday
    I have one week with antibiotics
    But it’s better today

    We cannot tell you how much kg exactly to lose left, but you still have a little thickness on the mid section, which is the sign you can still lean down a little
    I would advise you to keep getting leaner until your skin is thiner on that zone and also on the love handles
