Volume is relative to frequency , you have only mentioned one aspect , the volume . So if then after 2 sleeps , you go again , as a beginner , that’s literally perfect , as one set is all the stimulus they need , and then the recovery window is very short so they can repeat that stimulus over and over .

I actually did very very low volume in my growth (1 working set or 2 max) and previously been with higher volume for 7,5 years
I have made more progresses in density on my shape with one year than in 7,5 years
I was sceptical changing my technic before as I felt training “less” but the benefits are huge and recovery was incredible.

Today is glutes day so taking my two meals in and then I go to the gym
Then we have to make food shopping cause tonight it’s free meal and with my husband we wanna cook lasagnas
Then i will have to finish my meal prep as tomorrow I give a posing seminar in Luxembourg all day.
Leaving tomorrow morning and coming back tomorrow night by train

Some people works very good with cycling diet

We don’t weight the same after a huge leg day than after a shoulders day i.e.If you seems leaner, then it’s a recomp yea
If you are not, that’s just weight fluctuations and u need to increase your deficit cause your weight loss is slowAlso be careful to the moment u starting your cycle; as you always gain a little bit of weight when it starts so if you started cycle at the end of your week 3, this can explain the little increase of weight and then you need the visual pics to make an accurate deduction

And I suggest you could make some reasearches on the sweeteners, that might be the issues as u seems intolerant also to eaa, fake flavouring agents, and sweeteners might be the problem.

Hello Roman, if u feel you can’t tolerate whey, just try to use fast digestive sources of proteins (white eggs, white fish)
Don’t lower your protein intake under the quantity your body needs, just alternate chicken/beef with white eggs/salmon/white lean fish.
When I had my diastasis recti in the past I couldn’t not eat twice solid proteins on two meals followed by each other, I was in pain to digest chicken in less than 3h and everythî was really slow but I do needed to eat the folowing meal, so obviously I was eating whey/white eggs at the meal after not to add more chicken to my bloat.
My situation was ridiculously boring, I couldn’t eat more than 50gr rice per meal either 😂
Luckily everything is fixed now, but just to tell you that in any problematic situation, we can find solutions, so the best alternative to whey is fast digestive solid proteins with a tender flesh -> fish or white eggsInstagram : @allisontestu

Hello everyone
Rest day from gym today
And luckily cause lol I got a pain in the intercoastal muscles, same sensation as a knife and usually it happens and goes very fast but now it’s still here since yesterday evening
Took a hot batch yesterday to relax and also massage btw coasts, with tiger balm but was hard to fall asleep as I felt it painful when I lay in bed no matter the side.
Full day of work today, and cardio has been done like usual.
Let see if tomorrow I feel better, and if not I gonna avoid doing my hiit.
But let’s visualize it will.
