Today work all day on posing lessons online
Some home work for my clothes room, need med to rearrange the shelves and stuff cause too much clothes
And now doing my cardio 30min
Tomorrow rest day also as today from the gym, just the bike 30min to do

Agree with the guys here, your body fat is enough at this point, so you could maintain until january OR cut now and reverse
I think both technics can be valuable
I prefer for myself being ready in advance and reverse

Idk if you got cardio but cardio has shown benefits on the appetite, so why not adding a slow walk fasted cardio in the morning ?
Don’t need to be intense, just a little activity for you to freshly start your day, help you to activate the evacuation, and bring appetite.
Also you can add Fenugreek, it can help you to increase appetite, but I don’t know at which rate.

14 years old is very young for dealing with a cut
Also on the other side: many legends were created since teenage so i encourage you to evolve and take muscle yes ! Eat enough, train hard and smart, rest and enjoy your life also ; making good decisions for food is very smart and your body will thank you for this.
But don’t cut.You have to enjoy you life and make mistakes also : these are the best years of your life

It can be beneficial : for joints reasons.
Training forarms re inforce your grip and can add some muscle tissue around, to support your wrist and tendonssometimes arms or back workouts are not enough to get strong forearms.
Basically forearms grow while you grow back and arms, but it’s good to add it complementary with wrist curls
