Also I have received my feedback from my coach : we keep everything equal as the shape is improving while being in off, and the weight gain of 500gr in 2 weeks was insignificant if we look at the body compo (yes I am not supposed to gain muscle or weight for this off season) we are supposed to rebalance the shape and loose legs (let them fade away clearly) and restructure the glutes) but I have to come back to the stage much much slimmer, that’s why we wanna progress yes but we have to contain the gains

The hamster curls are harder to progress, I do felt this way also during my growth of 2023
When you reach your max you can have a lot of trouble to push one rep more
On the lying curl I tried to put a “knee band” as a belt around me and the bench, not to help with my lower back or any impulsions.
Then I slow down the negative reps and hold
And do that for few weeks and u will probably be able to increase of one rep more without using any other body partAlso you can try doing one stop of 5/10 seconds and add 1 rep more
After few weeks u will be able to add this rep following directly after the other ones.
If you loose some reps, take more rest between you hypers and the curl, the goal is to keep the same reps or increaseInstagram : @allisontestu

Today check in for my coach
63kg so the weight been up a little (500gr) compared to 2 weeks ago, but the look is much improved on the back pose, holding more fullness to the glutes
Also I did not went to the toilet correctly this morning, and that’s probably the explanation of the small weight increase, yesterday evening U was 62,8kg before bed, also very short night so nothing to worry about.

Legs and glutes are very taxative and needs a lot of recovery
But yes it’s proper to each individualFor me , for example : my shoulders recover faster than biceps and triceps
Both recover faster than my back

Hello hunter, no no for both sides : go for unilateral workouts for both sides and force the weak side to catch up, also don’t hesitate to ask for help at the gym or to record yourself on your execution to watch if the movements are done the same for both sides : sometimes the execution on the weak side is shorten or the joints aren’t in the normal alignement compared to the strong side.
The original problem might come from a difference in mobility or intention when you workout both at same time.
Also we all have a weaker side, but once the gap is visible, it appears something is not going ok, so go often to see a physio ; and try to see a psychologist (i know it’s weirdo) but when we have unspoken things / painful facts in our life, this have an impact on the intention we put on our left side vs the right.Instagram : @allisontestu
