    I always have “cardio” in off season, or growth season (fast walk 20min or 30min)
    You don’t need to do “intense cardio” just keep moving ! Some people cannot do intense cardio cause it’s counter productive in off, but some others handle this very good.
    It’s super important for cardio vascular health, and it plays a role also on your cholesterol levels, and it has a huge impact on your digestion, appetite also.
    The digestive system is your body’s brain on bodybuilding, the most optimal is it, the best the absorption happens.
    Also the cardio has an impact on the mood.
    It may be boring when you are about to start, but you are always satisfied when it’s done.

    This off season I have hiit cardio to do 3x per week, and I became more resistant, more explosive, and this helped me to keep progressing my weights at the gym.
    It makes you a complete athlete, in my opinion.

    In the Paris Hotel at the mister Olympia Vegas…. that’s the configuration of the paid rooms, no kitchen no fridge like if everyone got a meal sponsor 😂

    Yes, sometimes it’s an execution, recovery, volume troubles, so watch out those parameters
    And sometimes we just have weaker joints (inner hydration lower so maybe supplements yourself) and removing the exercises causing pain can help

    Today i will not do any cardio as with the contest I will probably run everywhere so no need
    I am leaving for the makeup appointment at 8am.
    And for the contest at 10am.
    The contest will last from 10am to potentially 9pm.
    Then today ofc rest day and tonight gonna be free meal.

    In deficit it would be hard to progress. But what you can do is taking a bit more rest before this set just to try pushing for the 6th
    Or finish the 5th, wait few seconds and pass the 6th
    It will not be exact same but the fact you still succeed the 6th can helps a lot mentally so that’s how i do when I see I lost a rep in hipthrust for example. I put the weight 10 seconds during the set when i reached my max, and then i add the lost rep, sometimes, 2/3 more are coming

    Then finishing packing the luggages for a later departur today
    This afternoon glutes workout
    And after training, shower and we leave the house for Lille where there will be the Allison Testu Cup NPC REGIONAL, tomorrow

    Today my car has been vandalized 🤣🤣🤣 black cat
    Glass is broken. 1 day before going to my contest super great
    Today 30min fasted cardio.
    Now i got a physio appointment and
    Then plyometrical hiit circuit
    Will do at home as I don’t wanna drive to the gym to park the car with the glass like this, the zone is not safe for an opened car
    And no pb doing the hiit at home as I got kettle and steps here, and basically that’s a body weight circuit otherwise
