Been taking my husband back home early this morning from the airport
Then working all morning on posing video corrections ( gonna keep the second half of posing corrections for this evening )
Now we gonna workout, me glutes, him chest
And post training i will do my cardio 30min

And for your co workers as phoebe said, they don’t need to understand, just eat your meal when they do a break for a smoke or pee or coffee, not to let your boss thinking you take working time for your personal needs

What could be problematic is if the work society don’t let you the time to do food shopping or has booked a train seat for you so in those two scenarios, would be hard to take a rice cooker microwave and even buy fresh food,
But in any case, there is always some cities were you can have a food shopping uber eats to bring your fresh chicken at the hotel door entrance.
So just check your “limitations”, if you drive by car, you can go with full equipment.
If the work society has a very strict time schedule, and you have been paid a train ticket with just a backpack as a luggage… well 🤣
I speak by experience : I have been away for a team building for 3 days also, and i couldn’t have free time all day to buy fresh food, no microwave, train ticket economy with just a backpack etc
If you drive by car : take everything you need with you

Hello my friend, you can buy chicken in cans in some supermarket or websites, as well as veggies in can and rice cakes, also you can take your powders isolate and cor with you with a small plastic bowl and spoon of yours and always a little bottle of water to make your mix.
Bring a small travelling bottle of “shampoo” where you can put your olive oil, also a small glass recipient with your nuts butter if you have some, as well as 1 fork 1 knife with you, and your fruits as they don’t need fridge to be safe.
Bring your salt with you and spices, and will be fine 🤌🏽😇
I can stay away from a fridge and kitchen while keeping the diet for as long as I need, and keep the plan perfect with the macros

Tonight I have recorded a new reel about posing
And i did my meal prep for the week
Then i gonna post the reel and now I will clean the house and take care of the clothes washing machine and start prepping my lugage for next weekend as we leave three days in north of France for my regional npc show Allison Testu Cup.

I would advise u to focus on chest and lats, they will give a even tinier waist (your waist is already ridiculously small !!)

Very poor night, the dog of my mom ate something and was suffocated so I had to go to the sos vet during the night, and ofc I waited a long time there, and went back home at 4am so my last meal of the day was at that time.
But luckily, the dog is fine now. The vet removed the plastic stuff my dog ate, and honestly idk how he did but the thing was stuck into one of the deepest tooth and half obstruct the throat.
Nightmare ! A lot of stress, but now it’s all fine.
Today no fasted cardio, just the posing lessons into my studio in the afternoon, the bike alternated 30min at the end of the afternoon and food shopping after, meal prep, and now at 9.30pm I am doing my 30min cardio.
Also had my gynecologist appointment yesterday and I got a small infection, that was caused by a small immunodeficiency.
It’s common after hormonal changes and periods’ comeback, nothing serious just 12 days of antibiotics and I will be fine.
Very very tired today ofc, but the job has been done still.
Tomorrow I have my check-in with my coach, so I will update you right after!
Idk at all how the shape will look like, in my off seasons the check-ins are often every 2 weeks so I cannot wait to see some improvements, on body compo and fullness.

Hello mate – well – physically it was a really good cut – and no matter what people say or what you think : when you are fat free it goes also on the face and facial features as well hold fat and water in the face as well – so normal your face is changing 😇
So you should not listen to them are they are not into BB, but for us : your face was totally fine, and you were not skinny but quite lean – which is a super great achievement!
I think physically you are in a super great postition to slowly reverse into a growing lean phase ! But also will make good to your mind – cause I think you have reached the point where your mind is not at the right place anymore and you lost objectivity also.
