    Hello

    Full body is not the most efficient when you are a first timer in my opinion.

    For me you should do one day : one muscle group / or push pull legs rest

    Full body will not allow you to rest properly btw your sessions if you wanna train often

    For the bulk or cut question; show us some pictures of you to give you an external point of view.

    But basically : if you hold a lot fat, don’t bulk now, maintain and do a recomp then bulk.

    If you don’t hold a lot of fat, you can bulk straight.

    And seeing your body weight atm, I don’t think you are overweight but in case of extreme fat holding, cut first then reverse diet slowly.

    For some reasons i posted the answer but never worked

    I had said that i would do basic ppl or one day one muscle group, for me that what works the most

    Full body I am afraid you loose intensity for the muscles which needs, and that you couldn’t train often enough for recovery questions…

    Hello guys

    Today rest day from the gym

    We went to the Berlengas Island and spent the full day there : wild beach, castle in the water and tonight restaurant for my free meal.

    It was the last day of holidays and tomorrow my husband drop me at the airport cause he stays here for business reasons while i am going back home to Paris.

    I got a full full august month in terms of presential posing lessons into my studio so i need to be back.

    I would do

    Monday upper

    Tuesday lower

    Wed rest

    Thursday upper

    Friday lower

    And why not stretching/mobility on saturday or rest

    Sunday rest

    Cause otherwise the gap of rest btw your sets is too short and it’s better to rest more than to train too much often the same muscle without proper Rest

    If the instensity is good enough better to rest more

    Would say 2ui for health/body compo/skin care purpose (improve skin a little, hair growth and shine, nails etc on the long run)

    Like my friends, 4ui for fullness and help for muscle growth

    Don’t expect a wow effect, and you won’t see benefits immediately

    The real one is quite expensive so if you do it, it’s on a regular basis and on the long run, so it’s a budget

    Hello everyone

    Today full day of posing video corrections, but also rest day from the gym and travel day to our new destination in portugal to finish the 5 days of holidays.

    Today total will have to include 1h cardio (walk) and my husband is working on my new workout as until now I was doing same than before but just removed the angles

    Hey buddy! As you know it’s totally dependant on the person, how they respond to carb and water manipulation and the condition they’re in. In my experience personally I think the shows I looked best at was when I did the least manipulation possible. I always got myself into an excellent place in terms of condition so a lot of times I would treat the week like any other regular training week, keep my diet the same, keep my training the same and simply cut water the night before the show! A lot of people may disagree with this but it’s honestly when I looked my best.

    Very agree with this, peak week in my point of view is usefull when there is something unpredictable to quick fix
