Well I cannot estimate the body fat percentage, but I would say you are lean overall but not lean lean, the belly button still have it’s depth which mean the zone still have fat
But overall you are in great form

Today workout of glutes in Evox gym in Aveiro with the prep coach of my husband.
Now doing my 1h cardio on the treadmill.
Then we gonna have a free meal brunch all together

This was the exact same pain I had before it turned into a tendinitis later.
The pain stayed one year on the inside part of my wrist, loosing strength, then it became a tendinitis on the thum tendon.
Basically something is not done well : could it be from workout form or in your daily tasks (phone, computer, work etc) that cause this.
I would remove the moves that put your inside wrist into an anormal position, then I would use green argile wet on the zone, and also use straps , not for lifting the strapes but maintenance wraps, that prevent your wrist to fatigue or turn in painful angles.
Also : I did injections of hyaluronic acid into the tendinitis later and my left tendinitis is gone : coupled with join in and osteo pro of tbjp.
The right wrist pain is still here as I still hold my phone with my right hand.
My physio also told me to reinforce my wrist with wrist mobility movements and stretching

Today full beach day also rest day from gym
Also did 30min walk on the beach as my first cardio
Then i gonna go to the gym to do my second cardio 30min and accompagny my husband for his leg workout

Today we left the flat to go to the house of my step parents, my husband drove 4 h and we arrived this afternoon.
No workout today, workout tomorrow.
